    The tv picture quality on vivid is nice. But everything else lacks a great Customer experience. Firstly the product has no coaxial inputs so if you want to see local hd channels over the air this is not your tv. The Google cast is difficult to use and basically useless. There are no settings to add surround sound wirelessly. So even if you have a newer model vizio soundbar it will not pair with your tv. Overall id like to exchange it and wish I'd never bought it. I was so excited to get a nice big tv for watching Sports but I was fooled. Even on sale was the worse 850 I've ever spent. Not best bits fault I blame vizio for this clunker

      Thanks for the feedback. If you're experiencing any issues with picture quality we'd definitely recommend taking a look at some of the picture settings. While our preset modes are a good starting point, there are several factors that can impact picture quality such as personal preference and the lighitng of the room itself. Adjusting settings such as the brightness, contrast and color ratings may be worth visiting. This TV does not come included with a tuner, but is equipped with 4 HDMI ports. If you need to connect a device such as an antenna this can still be done by using an external tuner via the HDMI ports. VIZIO

    It's basically a giant monitor. Nothing fancy. You may find a few days of struggling with resolution from HDMI laptop ports if not compatible. I'm still having issues connecting by display out occasionally. You may find better luck with a wireless doggle for an extra $50.
