    I bought this smart tv and when connected to the internet with Ethernet cable was not working by the time found out what was the problem it was pass the 14 day return policy that bestbuy has good thing I bought geek squad insurance and it is getting fixed. Tv looks awesome image is great but can’t use the apps sow u get what u pay for just get he geek squad insurance is what I recommend.

    you must have wifi and a cell phone to work this phone.. didn't work at all had to get a replacement and when they delivered it they didn't set it up left it in the box. when I took it out the box and turned it on it was broken and till this day no one would repair it.

    Great Display, Best Buy wrong about HDR

    Great Display and great value. I Am only giving 4 out of 5 stars because I have only had it a couple of days and I do not yet feel 100% confident in the 5 star review. HUGE PRO: Best Buy is WRONG WRONG WRONG about this tv not being HDR. It totally is and supports both HDR10 and Dolby Vision. VIZIO website confirms. MUST BUY 55” and larger however. It also is not a dedicated HDR chip, it is software processing but research indicated this only yields a 1-2% difference in picture quality vs “true hdr” chip. There can be up to a 10% difference in HDR quality between this type of HDR and that found on the most expensive OLED panels...but who the heck actually WANTS to pay $1200+ for a tv ?!

      Thanks for your feedback. While this display is capable of playing 4K content, you'll need to verify the content you're watching is capable of doing it as well. We'd recommend popular apps like Netflix to stream 4K content. VIZIO

    Doesn’t have coax cable for regular antena , had to buy a box for it $50 dollars extra !! I did not like This tv .. I can’t browse the internet and get more tv app don’t buy it sucks

    I have had two of them one is a replacement and it is horrible this tv is doing the same thing the last one did wit the black lines through the screen.

    This TV needs to either be unplugged and plugged back in again, or soft power cycled to work, went from once a month to once a week to now almost daily.

    Although I haven't had the 65-inch VIZIO SmartCast Home Theater Display very long, I can say that the picture quality is fantastic. I read every review possible on this unit and spoke with people I know who own Vizio products prior to my purchase. I felt that for the money ($699) I simply couldn't find a better deal on a well known manufacturer. So far, I believe I'm right... everything about this unit has been great. From the easy set-up to simply enjoying the picture quality. The Smartcast feature is pretty cool as well. At first, I didn't like the fact that YouTube wasn't directly on the TV but once I realized how easy it was to stream and control that app, along with many others from my Iphone, I warmed up pretty quickly. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this unit. If you're in the market for a 65" TV (or display) you have to at least give this unit a look. My only "con" would be to tell anyone who buys this unit (or any "smart TV" for that matter) that gone are the days of "plug and play". Although the set-up was extremely easy, the unit had to update to the latest firmware which took about 5 - 10 minutes. Just know that upfront.

      Thanks for your feedback. While this TV does not have a built in tuner, it does come equipped with 4 HDMI inputs. If you need to connect a device via coaxial cable we would recommend an external HDMI tuner.
