This TV is absolutely beautiful at an unbeatable price point. Once calibrated (check rtings.com for recommended settings) the picture is gorgeous and performs really well in daylight with all the windows open or night in pitch black. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget who wants a large tv with great resolution. The only challenge I've been having is that I have random restarts or blackouts in which my TV goes black and gives me the vizio logo. It' s happend 3-5 times and it's somewhat concerning. I hope it stops?

This TV is an amazing value for the price! You get great picture with deep blacks and rich color comparable with much more expensive tvs. Check out the reviews for this tv on Rtings and go to the Picture Quality section. The blacks and contrast on this TV are comparable with OLED TVs at a fraction of the cost! I also LOVE the Vizio Smartcast. It has plenty of built-in apps and has a great look that i prefer over the standard android look. If picture quality and value is what you want in a TV then this is your match!

Bought this from BestBuy during the pandemic. They were awesome got it loaded in my car almost as soon as I pulled up. The TV itself is awesome. Many things to watch without needing cable. Then add onto that all the apps this has. The picture from my XBOX 1 is phenomenal. You do have to calibrate the picture to your space. But that is with any TV. Tv even has a walkthrough on how to set the picture. Visio has earned my repeat business. Best TV for the price. Went from a 49” to a 65” and couldn’t be happier with it.

Overall a very nice TV, but have had a few issues with the TV randomly turn off. Updates to the TV firmware seem to have resolved the issue. Picture quality is really good and while I don't use the smart tv features, it's nice to have them in the event that we need to cut the cord in the future.

I got the M658 for the bedroom, already own a LG B8 and a Sony 950G. The Vizio is not much of a step down from those 2 sets as one would expect. The blacks, and black detail are a bit rough.. but other then that you get 80% of the performance of a high end TV for 20% of the cost. great value TV!

First of all I’m going to talk about the picture quality..The picture is very sharp and the colors really pop..I watch a lot of sporting events and the picture is so crisp it feels like I’m at the sporting event instead on my couch...This tv comes with SmartCast and Apple AirPlay which has all of my apps I use for streaming(Hulu,Netflix,YouTube etc) all in one place..The Apple AirPlay saved me money because I didn’t have to purchase an AppleTv to view all of my movies..I just use my iPad or iPhone to stream to the TV..A+++

I just love the ease of use from app to app. The TV s high definition is crystal clear and crisp ! Very happy I made this purchase !

Great TV! Had one time where I was seeing the scan lines at the bottom of the screen, but the TV rebooted itself and it fixed the issue. Great picture though! Speakers are on the back of the TV, so you might want to consider a sound bar. I bought a Vizio one for $91, and it works great with it!

Yes, it's a Vizio. However, for the price, you're not going to get anything better. When comparing specs on various review websites, it's clear that this TV is a great purchase for TV viewing, gaming, movies, and so on. The audio isn't the best ever, but it's pretty standard to have a soundbar nowadays anyway. The picture quality is exactly what I would have wished for. If you're between this model and a "cheaper" Sony/Samsung/LG (which are still $400+ more than this one), go with this one.

i'm super happy with the picture quality. it could be a little brighter but for me i'm primarily watching this in a dim lit or dark room and don't notice it myself most of the time. I have noticed on occasion that the televisions menu screen takes longer to load then i feel it should at times.

After exchanging two TCL’s after horrible DSE, I went with this one. I was told it has 120ghz. It does not. There’s is noticeable banding, but I couldn’t return it since I was outside my return policy expired. Good TV, but not the best.

I’ve had this for a little over a week now and it’s amazing! This TV is great. Awesome picture. Had Dolby vision and Dolby Audio for supported shows and movies on Netflix and other streaming platforms. This tv has airplay for iOS devices and android devices. Has chrome cast and google assistant and Amazon Alexa comparability. So many great features at a good price. You get what you pay for, for sure with this TV.

Bright, sharp, and well-designed. Worked right out of the box, and extremely easy to set up. Would definitely recommend.

It's a good tv. I had a super old vizio and decided to upgrade to the M series for the best quality. I honestly dont think spending more money is worth it because I dont see the difference between the hz of old and now. Oh well. Still a good tv except when it turns on on its own.

The picture quality is amazing, the design is very well made, the setup is very easy.

I purchased this TV in July 2019. The TV worked fantastic for about 2 months, then a red horizontal line appeared on the screen. I did not purchase the best buy warranty, so i had to contact Vizio support. Vizio support was quick and efficient in sending a replacement from the warehouse under warranty. The first replacement came in with a shattered screen (things happen with shipping cross country). Contacted Vizio support again for a different replacement. Again, quick to send another within a week. Second TV arrives, no physical damage in shipping, however after 2 days, the backlight started flashing, and goes out completely on half the screen. Contacted Vizio again, and within a week the 3rd replacement arrives. So far, so good. If you are considering this TV, it is absolutely worth it at this price point compared to other brands.... as long as you get a good one. My recommendation to Vizio, just improve on quality control, the product is great, just need to make sure it will last!
