Smart functions are a bit clumsy and the interface can be slow. Apple AirPlay is a big plus.

The software is just slightly frustrating on how apps are all pre-loaded and cannot be added or taken off. Also the Chromecast is a little more buggy than a typical plug in one. But overall, you're getting a big tv for a decent price and it does the job... and well.
