Unpluging usb stick while in usb input without changing tv to cablebox first will lock up tv and freeze everything. Audio out put ( Red and white audio jacks) will stop outputing audio. You must unplug tv from power, hold power button in on tv not remote for 5 seconds, a pain when your tv is plugged in behind a fireplace unit. Some times admin privacy reboot will work. Had to speak to a supervisor to fix problem . Regular tech did not have a clue Next time I will purchased a Samsung.

Compared to my previous (Hisense) it has far better speed (turning on/off and loading apps). Only downside is that it don’t let you install any app other than what comes with it.

Wish I could remove some apps
