It has been a year and still have the same problems that ive been calling Vizio about since the 2nd month SmartCast refuses to load the majority of the time so I can pull up any apps. TV is hit or miss on whether or not it wants to actually turn on. The lights go on on the sound bar but the tv stays off The tv is about 20 feet from my router and modem but struggles with wifi connection. Everything else in this room has strong wifi signal. When im lucky enough for the tv to turn on, the wifi signal is weak and wont stream anything 2 technicians have been over to repair software and hardware issues and still no progress I've called customer service 10x and keep getting the same answer and offering to send a new tech rep. I wanted this resolved within the 1 year warranty period. Each rep insisted that as long as everything is documented on my account that the same issues are persistent that if it goes over a year it would NOT be a problem. Well its been a year now and I was told its past the warranty period. I was offered 20% a new tv but why would I want another Vizio at this rate??? I'm out $700 for this tv and I definitely do not want to buy another customer service reps are friendly but to offer 20% off for a tv ive called on for over a year is ridiculous. I even offered to give me credit for what I paid on the tv so I could purchase the OLED

The screen is good, the TV is a bit too thick. For the money is a great tv we primarily use it for gaming. The TV does better in a dark room.

Only difficult part was the mounting area on the back of the TV is wide so make sure the mount you buy is compatible with this tv
