I got an open box version of this and got a good deal (too good to pass up). However, when watching Dolby Vision movies on netflix, there is a noticeable smoky haze over the screen. Everything just looks washed out. The same movies look fine on a TV that doesnt support Dolby Vision. Dolby Vision has always been a problem for me, even on my Sony tv's. I didnt return it because the price I paid would not have gotten me anything remotely as good. I wouldnt pay full price though.

App selection is not great. Have a Samsung TV and Roku TVs throughout the house so this was a major down grade. Bought strictly because of specs, and my 5 year old Samsung has a better picture than this. COD looks like it is 720p compared to my Samsung. Also internet cut out. TV would not function if it’s not connected to the internet. Had a please connect TV to internet screen that wouldn’t go away until my wifi kicked back on. Will be returning for a TCL 6 series. Aesthetically it is a nice TV, remote is good quality too. If you have low expectations it will meet them.

Super Bowl TV

That was not acceptable. The TV and sound bar are perfectly fine independently, together there are issues. Adjusting volume has frequent delays. The TV is intermittent to turn on with the remote. I have had to unplug and reset power 30 sec and use the power button on the physical TV to turn on 4 times in 6 weeks. I'm not completely disappointed and the value was great. I wish it worked more efficiently based on my previous Vizio purchases.
