    A few weird glitches when we first turned it on. It can also run pretty slow from time to time, but overall it’s alright.

    Tv is buggy af. I constantly have to reset it. It drops my WiFi and has issues all the time. Sounds cute in and out even on native apps. The hdmi ports are in an odd position that could cause damage over time. The picture quality is meh at best. Very peachy overtones. Not impressed and disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for. I should’ve bought an oled.

Sites like CNet, RTings, and Reviewed.com consistently rate VIZIOs picture quality among the best in the industry. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. Another good way to see the full capabilities of the TV would be to search for "4K HDR" in the YouTube app. As long as your network connection is able to support speeds needed for 4K HDR content, there are some amazing looking videos.     Purchased this model and it arrived April 3 by April 12 the picture was flickering . The following morning it would not power up nomatter what I tried . Best Buy was very helpful .they offered an exchange for the same model I’ve always bought vizios for their quality and price . Hopefully it was just a freak thing that happened .

    It’s a mediocre Tv. Tbh the system has been giving us a lot of trouble like the audio won’t be synced and when I try to go from smartcast to an HDMI channel it’ll just show me a black screen… Vizio support helped with the issues but they’ll come right back and all they have to say is that it’ll be worked on. SMH

    Bought this based off of all the great reviews by the top AV sites online. I returned it after a week. Unless you are looking at the screen dead on the picture is horrible, all the darks are blotchy and pixelated. Picture was worse than the TV it replaced that was half the cost. Returned and got another Samsung.

    We have to regularly reboot the tv to get it to actually pull up the home screen. Many times we turn the tv on and it stays on a black screen till we unplug it and plug it back in. It also likes to not recognize the vizio sound system we have setup with it.

    Good tv but was sold a fair condition open box that came with no tv remote no stand and was brought out to me half wrapped in bubble wrap with the bottom of the tv being unwrapped and unprotected good tv just don’t buy anything open box

      Hello Zenrie, open box items are more likely customer returns that cannot be sold as 'brand new' anymore. These items are inspected, cleaned, and sold at a discount by the retailer. Open box items have varying conditions that will state whether the item is 'like new' all the way down to 'functional but missing necessary components', think a laptop missing a charger as an example. Most open box items can be inspected in-store by you before purchasing. VIZIO

    The worst TV purchase I’ve ever made. I bought this model along with the Vizio sound bar package and have Direct TV (which I’ve had for 25 years) The sound bar is not very compatible and has a mind of its own. Same for the TV. Sometimes they work together well… sometimes they don’t. Sometimes streaming is fine, other times I get a black screen! Sometimes the volume is fine, other times you have to turn it up to 38 to hear. Crazy TV, crazy sound bar ! I regret not spending $200 more for a Samsung. I’ll never buy a Vizio again !
