Do Not Buy. TV Broke Soon After Warranty Expired

I've tried all of the recommended fixes but it is still not working. After contacting Vizio they told me since it has been over a year they cannot do anything. It is very inconvenient that this would happen right after the warranty date. I will no longer be purchasing Vizio TV's if I am only going to get one year of use out of them.

Good Product - Bad Documentation

The TV itself is great, the documentation that comes with it is poor. If you are technically savvy then no problem but if you are not, get help setting it up.

The remote is missing many functions/buttons that previous models had, such as numbers for changing the channel quickly and there is no way to access the 2 tier info page for a show you are watching, the page that shows what you are watching, what time it is on to and from, the rating and the shows description. The VESA mounting screws were so much lower than my previous TV I had to lower my mount 3.5 inches but we have a faux stone wall that was a pain the you know what. Also ARC doesnt work as it should but both the reciever company and the TV company blame each other so Im not sure where the problem lies. We have replacement being brought out us for exchange as we just purchased the unit 3 weeks ago and have had the problems since day1 .
