Pain in the rear. My internet is NOT the issue.

Good tv when it works

When this TV works as it should, the experience is good. The game mode is great and playing with the Xbox Series X (Fary Cry 6) is amazing. The issue is the tv (may be specific to my unit) tends to lag when changing inputs, the tv has crashed when changing input picture settings, and the HDMI input 1 does not recognize any hdmi device I plug into it. Vizio junk.

Have to reboot TV to get sound every time you turn TV back on. Vizio customer service sucks! Blames your AV equipment even though I used 3 different receivers/Vizio sound bars. Filed a warranty claim with Vizio was told by them it’s a software issue and they are working on a fix and I’m going to have to reboot my TV every time I turn it on till they come out with new software.

Problem with Vizio and Vizio Sound bar.

The TV starts off with only a picture then it goes blank. After a minute the picture comes back with no sound again. Then it goes blank and after 2-3 minutes the picture comes back with sound. I spoke with Vizio 3 times and they finally said that they were sending several updates and I should call them back if the problem still exists.

Complete Garbage—Don’t Waste Your Hard-Earned $

I’ve been a Sony customer my entire life and thought that surely the quality I was accustomed to would be at least close with this TV, even at the much more affordable price point compared to the (now what I know for certain to be) superior Sony brand. Negative. This TV has had to be “hard reset” multiple times; first time within 2 weeks of purchasing it. Apple AirPlay nearly never works; just freezes on a blank black screen. The volume is muffled and difficult to hear no matter how loud/soft you have it or what sound setting, and it’s awkward and slow to respond with changing volume or between apps. Overall, we are 100% dissatisfied.
