    Took an absurd amount of time to set up (software downloads, firmware updates, etc.) which should have been my first clue. Picture quality wasn't nearly as good as my 3-year old Vizio E-series 4K. Placement of the VESA mounts are very low and depending on the mount used, you might see some exposed parts. Then it died after a few days of very light use. Good luck finding the power button for attempted resets. Documentation is difficult to locate on the Vizio website. But it does 'look' nice. Returned and replaced.

    Experience with Vizio 65 QLED

    The VIZIO 65 QLED TV produces over exagerated colors which are very annoying for TV watching. Pictures are also not sharp. Tried using different picture modes and adjustmetns, but could not achieve a reasonable picture quality. The user interface is poorly laidout, making selection of menu items very difficult. Texts are small and items are hard to find. I returned this TV and shopped for another one.

    Good tv it u don’t get a defective one i have one I enjoy it but I have problems casting from my phone n with won’t work properly I’m flinty to exchange it hopefully next one works better but good tv

    1st tv came w/ a defective screen. 2nd tv, in 2 weeks began to emit a high pitch noise from the back. Now, I'm waiting for the 3rd tv exchange. If not for these defects, I'd be happy w/ the tv. Best Buy customer service has been good.

    Recently bought this tv and it freezes and displays green lights out of random hasn’t even been a month and it wasn’t refurbished it was new out of the box I have to turn it off and turn it on a couple of times in order for it to get back to normal hope it’s not permanent

    Bought tv brand new and it was more dim in the middle than anywhere else and wouldnt change after updating and reseting. Went back and got a samsung was much happier.

    This TV constantly resets by itself; I have to reset Wi-Fi and login credentials. The remote is poorly made and the buttons are way too sensitive. The tv is junk
