Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love how easy it was to call best buy customer service to speak with a representative about exchanging my 65 inch Vizio TV., It was too big for my room , I was certain I was going to speak to 2 reps before having yo ask for a supervisor, I was totally prepared for this , I mean isn't that the way it always goes?? NOPE!! Boy was I wrong , the first rep I spoke to boy only gave me no hassle about my exchange, he kindly set up free delivery to drop off new TV but scheduled that the old TV be picked up as well , free of charge! Nice thank you BEST BUY
