I'm speechless at the quality of this thing. OLED or nothing at all I say. Watching my favourite movies over, was like watching them for the first time. Not only is the resolution fantastic, but the contrast ratio that you get from the OLEDs makes imagery almost look 3D. This is the best TV i've ever owned.

Best Buy had some great sales over the holidays on the vizio that I couldnt pass up. This thing has the same panel as the cx. 4k HDR content looks amazing and I notice no burn in at all. I have a vizio elevate hooked up to it and my home theater is 1000x better and enjoy movies so much better than the theater.

The tv also has a patch of dead pixels near the top of the tv that wasnt put in the description.

Posted .Hello Zack, open box items are more likely customer returns that cannot be sold as 'brand new' anymore. These items are inspected, cleaned, and sold at a discount. Open box items have varying conditions that will state whether the item is 'like new' all the way down to 'functional but missing necessary components, think a laptop missing a charger as an example. It's possible that something happened to remove the accessories that was outside of our control. Most open box items can be inspected in-store by you before purchasing. Hot buggy garbage mess of an OS

Picture quality is fine but the OS is hot garbage. It mutes and unmutes itself, lags on remote input by up to a minute or more sometimes, and half the time remote inputs don't even work. I also have the 55" version and it's not half as bad so seems like it has something to do with this model. I would never buy this again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Steer clear or you will be screaming at your TV instead of watching it.
