Beautiful when it works

EVERY time I shut the TV off, I have to wait 15-30 minutes before it will turn back on. I unplugged all my devices, factory reset it, and updated firmware, but still does it every time! Had a Vizio engineer call me back one day & he ran some diagnostics, but everything came back fine. He top me to wait a few months for an update. Total waste for two grand.

Very Good TV

The overall image quality is amazing. I got this for gaming mostly and this TV has all the features for the next generation consoles. The only issue is that the 4K 120fps isn’t working yet, but Vizio is working in a software update to fix it. But in 4K HDR 60FPs is perfect.

Some local TV stations across the country will be broadcasting over the air (antenna), 4K UHD signals sometime within next year or two, and this UHD TV is a good buy.

The geek squad did a great job setting up my new T.V.. They were polite and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Best Bye to anyone and everyone. Sign up for the geek squad to do all of your work on your T.V., computer , printing machine.

Trash, stay away

Whenever any Dolby vision content comes up the screen flickers or goes purple. Also regular channels look like absolute trash on this TV. If you aren’t watching everything in HDR you are going to be disappointed with this TV. If I had to do it over I would not buy

I've owned this tv for a year, and it has the worst software/firmware I have ever seen on a tv. Constantly has issues turning on. Frequently loses connections with my soundbar. Then, when it does connect, it leaves up this annoying banner saying the soundbar is connected, and you have to find the remote to hide it. I've unplugged it, reset, installed the stream of updates. No changes; it's probably getting worse. Stay away from Vizio like the plague.

Posted .Hello AlejandroV, open box items are more likely customer returns that cannot be sold as 'brand new' anymore. These items are inspected, cleaned, and sold at a discount by the retailer. Open box items have varying conditions that will state whether the item is 'like new' all the way down to 'functional but missing necessary components, think a laptop missing a charger as an example. Most open box items can be inspected in-store by you before purchasing. It's possible that something happened to remove the accessories that was outside of our control. Great Purchase

No issues afterwards. If you have a bright room, you may not want an OLED. It reflects a lot of light. If your room is dark, it will look amazing.

Avoid Vizio OLEDs, especially for gaming

VRR and Gaming HDR specifically. When enabled, you will get flashing screens, green screens, audio cut out, and more. I am currently waiting on a board replacement, which historically does not remedy the issues. It’s an issue with the TV that is very well documented. Vizio does not care to support their products with updates as they have been promising since release.
