    This TV is adequate. It had a pretty display but a multitude of faults, ranging from lagging to ps5 connection issues. Vizio is a great tv option because of the viewing apps and ability to stream from your phone seemlessly, however this tv for the price just didn't make sense. I realize this is Vizios first generation OLED but it's better to wait or spend the extra money if you have it. You get what you pay for, and cheaper is not necessarily better. Especially for a tv.

    Vizio really nailed it right out of the box. A few small glitches but so far it’s been great. I’m sure they’ll be updating the firmware as they become available. Can’t wait to get a 4K DVD player to experience the full potential of this TV.

    Great at first stunning picture quality but the tv has been having issues since day 1 very slow turning on the tv, the tv going black and having to switch inputs to fix issues as well as unplugging tv because refuses to work. It’s not a software issue they are not going to fix people waited several months to no avail. Do not buy/replace terrible quality control!

    Just picked this tv up yesterday and am not sure if I will be keeping it. Setup was pretty straightforward but I cannot get any signal from my Apple TV or PS4 to display. If I change HDMI to 1.4 it works. That’s obviously not ideal as that only supports 1080P res. Everything runs to an Onkyo HT-S9800 setup then up to the tv. No picture. Running the devices directly to the tv yields the same results. No picture. Called vizio immediately and they claim bad hdmi ports and to file a warranty claim. I’d had the TV in my possession for 7 hours, 2 hours it was actually out of the box and being configured. Not sure what the problem is. I’m curious if anyone else ran into this issue/what might remedy it? Receiver does not have HDMI 2.1, not sure if that’s a problem but from what in read should be non issue. PS5 shows up in a couple weeks some testing to be done with that. Return for something else or see what happens??

    Best tv hands down, sound needs work but the image of this tv is amazing. If you need a tv where u want the best image possible this is the TV for you.

    not impressed with tv. had to return it. everything look nice and high quality. but it was just to dark. every time i increased the brightness everything would get distorted.

    I cannot get over how thin this is and how high quality the video. I checked the reviews from several sources compare this to other OLED sets and this one for quality and price. Best buy made the purchase easy.

    HDMI 2.1 features such as VRR, Dolby vision etc are sporadic at best. In need of a serious firmware update. Please just buy the LG OLED instead and don’t waste your money

    Please don’t waste your money. This TV started having issues 2 months after I purchased it at my local BestBuy. The operating system was always crashing, and giving me a black screen. The really unhelpful Vizio representative told me that the only thing they can do was send a technician. On top of this any time I connected my PS5 the TV develop a green color in any streaming app.

    Keep Looking for an OLED

    If you are looking for an OLED TV skip this one. The picture quality - especially dark scenes - is truly bad. Even worse is the software. Frequent random shutdowns a couple of minutes after start-up, no response to remote input, freezing on home screen, constant message about screen saver launch, poor CLEC control of Vizio soundbar, the list goes on.

    Setting OLED to max performance changes TV color settings to maximum performance settings as well. Thank goodness I don’t have to struggle with TV settings anymore.

    Pure regret. When working normally the tv is great. I saw the reviews that said if you are using multiple inputs it takes some messing with the settings to get things right. I had no idea it was this bad. I frequently switch between HDMI inputs to use cable and my Xbox Series X. About half the time I turn it on either the video or audio doesnt work and I have to toggle between inputs and then toggle a video input on and then off to get everything working. It takes like 30 seconds but if I'm dropping a good amount of money for a high end TV this is unacceptable. Worst of all I assumed that this would all get sorted out and let my timeframe to return the TV lapse. I've read all the online forums and follow the directions to get the tv set up to use xbox. Spoken with Vizio support and get nowhere useful.

    This product is absolute junk. It doesn’t do very basic things like turn on. It worked fun for 3 days and then the problems started. For starters if you turn it off, you can’t turn it back on without pulling the power plug. The audio drops out, when hooking it up to an Xbox Series X it is a lottery on whatcha the picture will work that time or not. Prompting another elaborate reset cycle. Vizio replaced the board on mine still problems. Tried calling back to have the whole thing replaced after it started with the same problems again. They said no there is a software fix on the way, it’s almost a year later, my warranty will run out soon and I don’t have a tv that works. I smell a class action suit surrounding this obviously rushed and inoperable product.
