    Avoid this TV at all costs. You will regret it. Ongoing issues since I bought the tv 6 months ago. I have been through an in-home repair and 2 replacements from Vizio. Constant HDMI connection drops, forgets I have a soundbar every day, often doesn’t even turn on until it is unplugged and plugged back in, screen flickers, 120hz frame rate has never worked and their promised fix has never happened. HomeKit and Airplay setup only lasts for a day and then the tv mysteriously resets itself. It’s a pretty panel but don’t let it fool you. I desperately want a refund but cannot get anywhere with Vizio and BestBuy’s reply is basically “you’re outside the 30 days so you have to deal with Vizio support ignoring you and replacing with another defective tv for a year. Glad you bought GeekSquad though. We can maybe help you after the year warranty is over. Bye!” Do not buy this.

    If you want an OLED..get the original LG or Samsunf QLED versions. Had the main board replaced last month and now TV cannot even turn on without unplugging first. Talking to support is a pain especially if your someone who is very technology advanced to know how electronics work. They just cannot keep up with you at that point when you try to work with them on issues. Of course doesn't help when the roosters are crowing in the house in the other room. Finding the quality is FAR from the other big brands even though LG makes the boards for this brand for some reason. I have an LG (which remotes works great with the Vizio :) and 3 Samsung's and not one problem with those. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra to get the quality your looking for.

    Nothing but issues. Multiple software updates that make the tv worse. Vzio support is no help and sent a refurbished replacement. They keep promising fixes but they never come. Don't buy this TV

    Wonderful picture. Only problems are that it doesn’t have ESPN+ on their apps and you can’t add it. I also could not use a Bose sound bar without going through extra steps to get the sound at to work every time I turn the tv on.

    Known power issues, where tv does not power on. Tv also has other various bugs that prevent it from recognizing connected sound bars.

    I have 3 Vizio TVs and 2 soundbars. I've been a Vizio guy for years. Buying this was a no-brainer but it's been a nightmare. Look at places like reddit and avsforum and you'll see all the problems everybody has including me - it will power off while you're watching something but sound continues to go out of the HDMI-ARC to the soundbar, it won't turn on unless you unplug, it constantly doesn't show up as an available cast device, it won't stay in Quick Start mode (so you have to turn on first before you can cast/control it), and ALL 3 (1 main board, 2 full) WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS I'VE HAD HAVE ALL THESE PROBLEMS. I used to love Vizio but will no longer cheap out - LG here I come for TVs.
