So far I’ve had to replace the inputs board since it refused to acknowledge my Ethernet connection. And now I’ve had to disable variable refresh rate because they broke it with an update. No word when they plan to fix that. Communication would help.

Disappointing

I have had “cheaper” TV’s in the past and they will at least TURN ON. After unplugging and resetting the TV, it will eventually turn on. But you cannot change inputs. None of the shortcut buttons work on the remote. So many bugs with this TV, I can’t keep track. WORST TV EVER. Vizio customer service has tried to be helpful and swap it out with the same model twice, but all three TV’s have just been terrible. All I wanted was a TV that works. Just really disappointing.

Don't buy! Nice picture, but too many bugs.

The main problem is that it won't turn on unless you unplug and plug it back into the wall. It also doesn't remember some of the picture settings, luminance primarily. If you research the Vizio OLED, you'll find these issues are widespread. Vizio support promises that a future firmware fix will address these issues, but has yet to deliver.

Let down

Motion Horrible

Do not buy. You get what you pay for.

Seems like a good deal, but the power board frequently fails. Once you turn the TV off, you have to unplug it and plug it in again just to turn it on again. Also, the picture is very dim. If you're coming from am LG OLED you will notice this immediately. The power cord also doesn't fit right in the back of the tv (it fits but you have to force it due to mismatched shape of holes to plug).

The TV also does have channeling for cord management that can make attaching the power cord a little easier and then removed from the channeling if needed once it is secure in the plug. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. If you’d like any assistance adjusting these settings, our customer support team would love to help you dial in the TV to your preference, you can reach them at 844-254-8087.

Awful motion

Due your self a favor and get the lg cx instead of the Visio.

Great when working pretty upsetting the price tag is 1700 for a TV that won't last a week. And best buy can even help u out with a discount for your trouble. Horrible customer services

Lasted about 30 day until it started shutting off for no reason. I have to unplug and plug back in to get to turn back on. Contacted vizio customer service with no response. I should have took the $1,800 and just burnt it. Would have been more entertaining than this boat anchor. Need to be refunded the money I wasted never will buy a vizio again

Defective, terrible quality display

The panel was terrible, at close range the pixel lighting looked very inconsistent, form bright to dark and back, just terrible.
