    I’ve had the tv for under a month and I’ve had to call Vizio support 6 times already, regarding the tv. Be wary when choosing this vehicle.

    Before you make this purchase. Please go to the Vizio subreddit, you'll find hundreds if not thousands of people talking about the issues for this thing. Add in thee worst customer experience from Vizio, and you'll land with this thing. Best buy should do us a favor and stop selling this thing. Working on getting my money back from the manufacturer.

    I bought this TV new in Sept. 2020 and it was out of service by Jan. 2022. I’ve owned two previous Vizios and had no issues with them. Unfortunatley from day 1 this TV was a pain and due to poor software, everday use was unrealiable and difficult. For ex. the TV would not always turn on and i would have to power cycle often. Spending $2,000 deserves better than this.

    I spent 5 days trying to figure out why the TV would not switch inputs successfully. It refused to change inputs automatically when I changed the input on my AV receiver. It even refused to change to Smartcast mode after the first few days, although it did that successfully initially. After speaking to Vizio’s helpline I solved the problem myself. I went to Best Buy and exchanged it for a Sony A9.

    Worst TV I have ever bought. This thing never works properly. Power issues, sound issues, sound bar connection issues, smart tv issues etc etc etc... Has to be rebooted by unplugging almost everyday. Do not buy this TV. I have other Vizios, but this OLED is the worst thing ever.

    My experience with this vizio oled has been terrible. I have an LG oled and this tv is nothing like it. The set up experience is awful, you can't adjust picture settings on consoles if you're a gamer and the worst part is that if can't produce a truly black image for being an oled. One side of the panel is washed out while the other is black. I'll be returning this tv.

    I bought this television with idea of saving some money vs Samsung and lg oled's. The vizio was consistent in locking up, screen turning cometely green, and having no image when powered on. The television needed rebooted everyday just to use.

    120 4k never worked. Every couple of days the tv wouldn't turn on unless i unplugged it and plugged it back in.

    The tv when it works is wonderful. I have had more problems with this tv than I have ever had in the past with any tv. Turn it on and the screen is black sometimes I can hear the show but not see the show. It is horrible.

    Stay far far away. After 60 days stopped turning on correctly. 3 calls to Vizio later and I’m looking to get rid of this ASAP. Also vizio’s smart tv interface stinks.

    Horrible tv always needs to be reset. Will be returning. Tried to be patient but no, not worth it. Don’t bother look at any other tv. This one proves you get what you pay for. It’s cheap and it shows.

    This is my second Vizio TV. While my previous one worked well, this one has been nothing but headaches due to firmware issues, even a year later. Stay away!

    Bought tv got it home. It never worked. Agent said 40% of Visios are returned or had issues.

    Tv is still thriving. It has a beautiful picture however, the speakers are terrible! We use our surround sound so it doesn’t affect us really. Overall, 4 years later, it’s still good!

    Great TV with some bugs that can be overlooked

    When this TV works, it is exactly what you pay for. OLED, Dolby Atmos, HDR, smart TV (especially with the recent Vizio addition of a built in HBO app). However, ever since buying this TV a year ago, I have had the occasional hiccup when viewing 4K HDR content (which makes up most of my content). The screen renders video oddly with a bunch of pixelated green bars covering most of the picture. I always have to turn the TV on and off again before I can start watching content normally. Additionally sometimes, the screen just won't turn on and I have to similarly hold the power button until it reboots. I occasionally have issues with my Sonos sound system connected via HMDI ARC where certain inputs / apps will not play sound. 80% of the time, my experience is incredible and worth the money. But the hiccups are often enough and obnoxious enough that I can't give the TV a 5. Not sure if the issues are all related and have something to do with the Vizio hardware or if I have a defective model. My hope is others don't have the same issues I have had over the past year of owning this TV.

    Let me start out by saying I do not regret this purchase what so ever. The price for what you get compared to other brands for way more money is amazing. After this latest firmware update the picture looks even better. I am a person who enjoys the smooth motion and always have it turned way up. I have this TV in my man cave with a large window shinning right on it and I have no problems seeing the picture in the middle of the day. The only thing I would say could be better is the sound. The sound is pretty weak. But add a sound bar and look out. I recently got an xbox series s and this tv supports every single thing. Gaming at 4K 120 hz, HDR, and it even supports the series s native resolution of 1440. Throw on top it suppost every HDR format and Dolby atmos. I was lucky enough to get it on sale for 1500 and never looked back. Dont be turned away by the brand. Vizio is become a huge contender. Get this TV and the money you save get a dolby atmos sound bar.It will make you hair stand up.
