    Amazing TV for the price. Got this on sale for under a grand. Picture quality is great and love that it has connectivity as well as many HDMI ports to connect all the devices.

    There was a slight defect where the network cable attached. The cable would not click into place. I called their customer service and they were very accommodating. They offered to send someone to take it down, box it, exchange it for another new tv, unbox that one, set it up, all at no charge. My local Best Buy store was not accommodating. However, I decided to return it to Best Buy because Vizio's replacement would not be covered by Best Buy and I discovered that this Vizio set downsized the resolution of photos placed on any USB thumb drives to 1080. Note that the HDR on this model is not as good as I had hoped.

    I had the previous generation which was nice enough but this is a significant improvement worthy of the "Quantum Color" badging. Brilliant uniformity and significant bang-for-the-buck.

    This is a really nice 4K tv. I have had a random occurrence where some thin green lines rolled down the screen but only happened once and went away as soon as I turned the tv off and on

    Picture was good, better than my Qled samsung. But I got home hooked up xbox HDMI did not work the other was loose. Just not a high quality tv got the Sony instead. Dont bargain hunt spend the xtra 300-500 for the sony

    We have always been a Samsung family. But after having a few kids wanted to get a good quality TV at a more reasonable price. We are very please with the tv and the picture quality is awesome!

    I read all the reviews, looked at a ton of TVs in person and couldn't find anything better that wasn't significantly more money. 3 weeks in and I do not regret my purchase.

    Set up is very easy, definitely would recommend having two people though. This thing is HUGE! Very happy with the picture quality and all the apps that came with it.

    Purchased TV locally on Feb22, but didn't get delivery until March 7. On May 19th the TV would power on and show the Vizio logo and then power off. Essentially the TV is unable to power on. When I contacted Vizio support they run you through all the debugging you probably already did. At the end they confirmed the TV was in need of a service call. Based only on my verbal report of the issue they knew what parts to order and send to their 3rd party service company. First red flag. If you knew the parts needed based on a customer verbal description of the issue it seems that this is a systemic issue. The Vizio support said the 3rd party will contact you in 2-3 days and their email confirmed this. In actuality it was 8 days and only after I followed up with several calls. Turns out they sent the parts to the wrong city based on getting my zip code wrong. Great. Back to square one. They ship the parts from Florida to the Michigan repair company. They said I should get another call in 2-3 days again. This time the call never came. I followed up on phone and twitter to get Vizio support. Here is the good part. They let me know that due to COVID they are unable to schedule in-home service appointments. They have a backlog of appointments since March. So there are two months of appointments in front of me. Based on all this inconvenience I ask for my factory standard one-year warranty to be reset based on the service date. They respond with "that is not possible" via phone and again on twitter. So basically they have a known issue with the TV based on shipping parts based on verbal reports, and they won't stand behind their product when it is repaired. In the end I will be without a functioning TV for a minimum of 3 months at this point. The Vizio rep said they will honor the remaining waranty or 90 days after service whichever is later. None of this was communicated to me. I had to reach out to them multiple times to find this out. Support is not great. As far as the picture goes. Black is black, red is red. Sound is horrible, it needs a soundbar. Don't even think of using the factory speakers. The remote is great. The only down side (when it does work) is that it takes about 30-40 seconds to power on.

    Very happy with this Vizio 65" 9 Series TV. Love being able to do adjustments to picture, color and more. Disney Animated movies have the most vibrant colors.

    I was skeptical about the TV being a VIZIO, but this is one of the best TVs around that's on par with the TVs of the big companies like LG, Sony, and Samsung.
