Read up on it and has happened to others. Did multiple troubleshooting based on others experiencing same problem and still trying to figure out. Spoke to Vizio and they had make some suggestions and in the process of executing to see if that works. This should not be an issue for any TV

Not so smart tv

Sometimes it recognizes the xbox, sometimes it doesn't. The youtube app has issues at times. I hate this tv and regret paying so much for it. We have a cheap not so great tv that I would rather watch bc at least I can watch it!

Looks great. Does not work properly

Run 4k at 60 fps great. I used the smart features once and no now Hulu, Vudu, & Netflix deos not work. Iv contacted Vizio and I have received no help. Do not buy this TV.
