    After 2 bad Vizio TVs I gave up

    Purchased this middle-end Vizio with high hopes. I think it was a bad batch because I got one with a busted screen and one with a bad power supply. I promptly exchanged for a higher end Samsung and all is well.

    Screen came broken although it was a open box purchase I figured this would have been looked at considering they are still selling the tv. Didn’t come with legs, power cord, or a tv stand bought all of that just to find out there is a big black mark right in the middle of the screen

    This TV is not good for fast action scenes and movies. I bought this and now stuck. The store is not picking up my call. Now I cannot return or exchange due to Covid - 19. No option at all.

    Terrible TV! Sound and picture would black out periodically. I had geek squad out to my house replacing nearly every component and it still didn’t work correctly. Had to return. Best Buy was great about returning my faulty VIZIO TV and exchanging it for the Sony X800H.

    Installed 5-27-20: The first TV only worked for two hours; it never turned back on. Installed 6-10-20: The second/replacement TV worked a couple days. After that, the volume/sound shuts off and on constantly. I do not recommend, nor will I buy another VIZIO TV.

    bad product developed vertical lines after a few months after purchased. called vizio for guaranty send requested pictures but they said that it was factory defective problem was not resolved

    We got this TV and it needed to be mounted to the wall. As soon as we mounted it and turned it on. Screen went black!! Could hear everything and see movement but screen was black. Returned it and got the Samsung 65” QLED

    Would not turn on after having only a few weeks. Had a repair man from Vizio come replace the motherboard. Worked for less than a week and now wont turn on again. Useless.
