Has never worked right with Apple TV in 4 years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really can’t figure out why this tv will not work with Apple TV in 4k Dolby Vision. I’ve just recently got it to work in HDR10. I’ll be buying a new one here soon though.

Vertical dark bars during bright scenes
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The colors on this TV are amazing. Dark action scenes were immersive and cinematic, and movies, for the most part, felt like I was in a theater. BUT, I too suffered from vertical bars on my screen during bright scenes. They were also very apparent during most sports I watched, especially golf and football. I tried to get over it because of how great the colors of the TV were, but eventually they became too distracting. I couldn't get over seeing dark bars on my screen every time a quarterback threw a long pass. From what I've read, it seems like it's a luck-of-the-draw type issue, and some P-Quantum screens have it and some don't. Mine did, so I returned it.

Looks Pretty For A Little While
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this TV for about 3.5 years and it was really lovely at first, but it's already started to fail. Faint horizontal lines show up on the screen every time I turn it on. They eventually go away, but it doesn't make me hopeful for the long run. I contacted support and they literally said to just buy a new TV. That's nuts! I remember when TVs used to last 10 years or so. It's crazy considering how much I paid for this. I can't see myself buying another VIZIO in the future

I love it!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this TV!! Ive had it for a while now, about a year and its done very well, my only complaint is that there is a few pixels that are out on it so it causes it to kind of randomly flash a little as if a light bulb was going out. Other than that its wonderful paired with my Apple TV and the picture is great!

Network connectivity is terrible.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After four years it now disconnects from wifi constantly or gets horrendous speeds. I'm talking dips down to 1.3mbps. For an expensive home electronic device this is absolutely unacceptable. I've done many troubleshooting steps including factory resetting multiple times.

Vertical banding is really bad.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If it wasn’t for the vertical banding in football soccer games or sky blue white and grey scenes which are very bad I would had rate this tv a 5 star. I’m boxing tomorrow and returning. It’s just a deal killer, it’s pretty bad and is a common issue looking at reviews. To bad Vizio is not trying to fix the issue. Apple air is pretty cool, and the colors are amazing. Regardless, is pretty disturbing to keep and Vizio not willing to fix.

Awesome picture BUT...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV turns off and on by itself on the same day I bought it. I tried almost everything to resolve the issue. Bypass my soundbar, change cables, change power outlets, power cycle, soft and hard resets, cover the IR sensor, and take off the right stand near the power button just to see if it has something to do with it. Nothing worked. I started reading and found that the problem could be because of a bad board. I'll see what Best Buy and/or Vizio will say. Smh...

Waste of money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After only 2 years, black splotchy pots appear all over the tv picture. Makes the tv unwatchable. I'm sure the cost to fix it is not even worth it so I'm not bothering. Time to shop and will definitely stay away from any Vizio product. Why can't tv's last like they used to?

Very Laggy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this TV thinking it would be good because it was 4K, with a good processor but we were very mistaken. It takes about 20 seconds to turn on completely, a couple times it didn’t look like it was ever going to turn on, and navigating through menus and apps like Netflix. your cursor will continue moving after you’ve stopped hitting the arrows on the remote. Terribly laggy. Another bother was the halos around anything light on a dark background. We ended up returning it a week later and getting a Samsung Q60 instead, amazing response time from remote to tv and turns on immediately when you hit the power button.

No picture after 1 year.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No picture after 1 year of fairly heavy use. We leave the TV on for the dog for 6 hours a day 5 days a week. Sporadic use other times. I'd approximate about 2080 total on hours. It is under warranty but just a hassle. Less so than usual since Vizio is sending someone to pick the broken TV up and deliver a new one. So that at least is nice. As far as the Vizio built in apps go they are awful, slow and not intuitive. You also can't add new apps and Vizio menu is 90% adds for Free Vizio channels. It's 2019 people...why can't all TV's just have a pain Jane Android TV interface.

Posted .Hi Daniel. We've recently released an update to improve the load times and responsiveness of our SmartCast TV home screen. You should notice the applications load more quickly.
