After having some issues with the initial purchase, Vizio Customer Service assisted in troubleshooting then sent a New remote then a New TV directly to my house. It worked great. Great vibrant picture and OK sound. Recommend Sound Bar with Bass speaker. Built in Apps and plenty of HDMI inputs. Fills that empty space above the fireplace.

I watched 4k Spider-man Into the spiderverse, side by side and I have to admit it looked better then my 55” TCL 6 series. Both are good tvs but I think the colors and motion look better on the Vizio. The TCL is a roku tv and that interface is better then the Vizio, but I’m using a 4k Apple tv on both so it’s really not important to me.

Great picture and nice features! I was hesitant to buy a tv not named Samsung. Boy was I surprised! This tv looks great and at the price we paid, it's an absolute steal!

I would like to start by saying that I have an OLED tv and this makes me think at times that OLED is overkill. Vizio has done a good job when it comes to picture quality. But this tv does fall short. in dark scenes object bloom terribly something I wouldn't notice probably if I didn't have an OLED in the house. Also they shouldn't call this a smart tv at all. there is no App Store first off and second off the pre-loaded selection of apps isn't very good. I almost always use my iPhone to stream content via airplay to the set. Besides those two issues the processing power is bad very laggy interface always waiting for the app page to load.

Excellent picture quality. We have tv in a very bright room and it handles the exposure great.

I was looking for a good quality 4K tv for my home entertainment system and this tv did not disappoint! Picture quality and overall ease of use is amazing! If you love 4K this is a must have!

This is the TV I have wanted for a long time and I finally purchased it and it did not disappoint. The picture is fantastic, sound from the TV is very good, colors are great and such an easy remote, not too much and not too little. And as a bonus, the free channels that you get from Vizio are really something. There is a lot of variety and great content. Then to hook it up to the big Vizio soundbar could not have been easier. Hooked up the HDMI (ARC) cable, turned it on, and it recognized the soundbar and we were off to the races. A great addition for movie night.

Great picture and easy set up especially for the price.

This is a great product. The colors are vibrant with very deep blacks. Really good value for the price. The installed apps produce a fairly low resolution so a streaming device is a good idea.

very simple easy to operate, works great and has an excellent picture

The TV looked great, except it had obvious picture degradation and blown out colors. Bought, returned a couple days later, never looked back. Where the picture was degraded was easily disgusting, but the parts of the screen where it still worked as is should have looked fantastic for the price. I went through 3 tvs to try to find one I liked after this purchase experience and nothing had as much potential picture quality until I went with an LG CX OLED. Thats a huge price jump. If you don't want OLED and the problems it can have, this tv could have been the next best thing if it actually worked. Shame on BB for even selling me a unit they knew could not be replaced or have a warranty claim with the warranty they sold me. It soured me on BB as usual. But the TV could have been great if it worked.

Great picture good sound easy to use remote easy setup

Not sure what there is not to like about this tv. You get near OLED blacks on this screen at 1080p and 4K. Airplay and all other items on a high end television. Everything works well and setup was easy. The WiFi connection is amazing where most televisions I have owned can’t get a good enough signal for 4K.

This TV does have a nice picture especially with the Dolby Vision enabled, hence the two stars, but it seems to be a common problem that there is noticeable vertical banding. I don’t always notice it but it’s particularly bad during panning shots and video games. I reached out to support and was told it was within acceptable ranges and I had to deal. I have owned several other TVs and never had this problem. Also if you do buy this TV make sure to enable Quick start or it will take FOREVER to turn on every time. This isn’t ideal for energy savings but I digress. The TV also turns itself on randomly when you have CEC enabled so if you turn on the TV via an Apple TV or anything similar you may have to turn that functionality off (also a common problem I’ve seen on various forums). I am probably pickier than most with my displays so you may not notice the banding but if you’re like me steer clear of this panel. The banding is really bothering me and now I can’t unsee it. Support is about 50/50, they were pretty short with me from the get go, and they don’t seem to stand behind their products which have quality control issues.

We love our big flat screen TV. Everyone can see the TV and enjoy the "big screen" of movies or regular TV. The colors are vibrant and the quality is outstanding.

We are enjoying our new smart tv! Great picture, great price! With very few new shows due to Covid, we are loving all the streaming channels that are available!

The bang for the buck on this is insane: HDR, good contrast, full/easy to use OS, and 65" for 2/3 the price of the comparable Sony/Samsung. Make sure to wait for a good sale, too!

the tv has a very crisp sharp picture quantum color makes the colors very vivid and bright and has a full array backlighting and the sound is decent
