Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the superb picture quality, vibrant colors, and smooth refresh rate as significant strengths of the 65" Class P-Series Quantum Series LED 4K UHD SmartCast TV. However, some users have reported issues with the HDMI 2.1 ports and SmartCast software needing improvement. Concerns have also been raised regarding the variable refresh rate (VRR) functionality and blooming. The price-to-performance ratio is frequently praised.

Easily the best value 65" TV. Colors are gorgeous and the panel gets blindingly sharp. Works well with Xbox Series X. Points off for Vizio's poor implementation of apps/smart features - Just give us a store Vizio!

My wife & I gave this as a gift to family for the holidays. It was a big upgrade at a time when they were going to be home (like all of us!) and relying on entertainment systems more. We're delighted by the feedback and the TV looks & performs perfectly. The TV ended up in a room that gets significant light during the day and provides excellent image quality. It's exactly what you'd expect from Vizio P-Series!

This is probably the best TV I’ve ever bought. I bought this TV for my office were we test out movie and gaming technology. I actually own a LG OLED CX at my personal home, so my standards were high. This TV gets much brighter and much more colorful than the LG. It’s absolutely perfect for our office where there is a ton of bright light. The TV pops even with fluorescent lights on. For the price, I don’t think you can beat this TV

I needed a new tv for our workout room. I have a Vizio 65 PX series in main living room so I purchased the 65 inch P series for workout room. This tv is excellent for our needs. Price was good and I have always liked Vizio tvs. Great black levels and shadow detail. The fact that all vizio tv's have full array back lighting makes them a great buy. This one has 200 zones and contrast is excellent. Another great buy from Best Buy.

Yeah so to put this in perspective this tv is the Death Star II not the Death Star I .This is a great tv and cheaper than most with the same set of features. However currently I can't seem to use 720p, 1080p, or 4k reliably in any of the streaming apps even after resetting everything. Example After changing a input from another streaming device back to smartcast i sometimes get 480p with hdr10+ in prime video, and 720p with "Dolby Vison" on Vudu 4k titles. Odd though if I use a Fire Cube 2 or a Apple Tv 4k every audio/Video Format under the sun works with no problems. Lastly, EARC and Freesync are not functional right now as of 11-13-2020 For those with a NVidia shield this tv is not compatible as far as Dolby Vision is concerned. I keep getting a green screen every time I use Dolby vision, but hdr10 content work perfectly fine.

Ok, so im on my 2nd one cause the first one developed a brown spot near the power cable input. I just chalk that up to a bad unit. This tv, inspite of itself, can produce a 4k image at 120hz. How well and often it does it is depending on what device, cable, and input you select. Xbox series X The audio will glitch out and the aspect ratio will be off sometimes when selecting the input. Happens on inputs 3 and 4, which are the hdmi 2.1 ports. This is by far the best functioning device hooked up to the tv. And by best functioning i mean the only device i was able to take out of the box, plug it in, and it just worked. Playstation 5 Assuming that you managed to slay the kraken in order to obtain one, you'll be happy to know it just flat out doesnt work with hdmi 2.1. At all. You will be met with a screen of glitched out rainbow pixels. It barely works on hdmi 2.0. I have it running through the PSVR breakout box in order to get a signal in 4k at 60hz. DO NOT BUY THIS TV FOR PS5 ONLY. PC (Zotac Twinedge 3060 ti output) You can get 4k 120hz on pc ...with the right hdmi 2.1 cable. I tried using the cable that came with the series x, the ps5, and another rando cable i had. I tried the cables on ports 3 and 4. None of them would allow me to run above 4k 60hz. I bought an amazon basics hdmi 2.1 cable and that seem to fix the problem. The audio over 2.1 is glitchy. It literally goes from clear audio to chiptune sound waves back to clear audio in 2 minute intervals. In General This tv crashes an unreasonable amount, to the point where you have to physically unplug the tv to reboot it. Your not guaranteed an image or sound when switching between inputs. Horrible brown halo on white text against black backgrounds. Loads of apps ive never heard of or going to use. Cats sleeping dogs. ...this tv is just annoying. It works in very specific ways ...sometimes ...very annoyingly.

Hello MakingStatements, I am so sorry to hear you had a less than ideal experience with your TV. Thank you for your detailed review. I would love the opportunity to have our technical support team learn more about the issues you are experiencing because there are not any HDMI 2.0 inputs, all HDMI inputs for this model of TV are HDMI 2.1 inputs. This Visio P Series Quantum 65 inch is a pretty upscale playing model, especially for the price. It offers good quality picture with deep blacks and even good side angle views. But you cant add apps which is a negative. In the end and while still within the 2 weeks BB exchange, I decided to trade up and buy the LG-CX 65" and wow, what an improvement. Im very happy about my decision since this goes in my bedroom, where I watch the most TV and often which is extremely outstanding & "The Best Ever"! But you do jump from approx $1,000 for the Vizio to $2,000 for the LG. If you have the $$$, its TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Good Luck...

Overall a pretty good television. Minor issues with dark scenes which can be distracting. Had problems with initial firmware update. Had to restart the tv to get it to work. Glitches my ps4 pro if I leave variable refresh rate on.

Overall this TV looks very nice. I have one major problem with it, but that might be my own shortcoming. The reds on this thing REALLY pop. I mean, extremely. I use it predominantly for Nintendo Switch, and to get it to look like the Switch Screen, I have to put it in this weird "calibrated" image mode, but then it looks all washed out. If I put it in the sports or standard or dynamic modes, then the reds burn little holes in my retina. I haven't been able to adjust it so it looks right. Maybe it's just that I'm not used to a fancy TV, since the last one I bought was 15 years ago... But it does this on sports, too. Like when the football teams have red helmets/jerseys, they pop out of the screen like they're neon red, and everything else looks pretty normal.
