I have had the tv for only a short period now. First expressions the tv software is really easy to navigate and to start using. I'm pretty satisfied with the tv so far.

I must say the service of purchasing and loading the tv was excellent. But when we got it home and hooked it up, the volume didn't work every time we turned it on, and the picture was just not as clear as shown in the store. Seemed like it was defective in some way. Regrettably we brought it back. When packaging it back up carefully, we realized it had been returned twice before we were returning it. Also, don't forget to pack the power cord, otherwise there will be a $40 charge!

Not for next gen console gaming

Purchased to use with my Xbox Series X and out of the box and for a few weeks it was unable to use the hdmi 2.1 to access the 4k and 120hz. There is a lot of light bleed on the edges and I have had issues with the HDR10 in games. When turning the TV on I need to play Russian roulette with hdmi ports until it displays input video. The OS is buggy and full of ads. I went from an LG to this TV and I hate to say but I’m kicking myself in the rear for not getting an LG c series.
