    So far have been very satisfied with this tv! Was a Samsung customer but too many problems with them. Still have a 10 year old Vizio going strong so decided to upgrade when our 75 inch Samsung went out.

    We have used this to almost daily for a year and have not had one problem. We have added local channel antenna and fire stick to USB ports and all works wonderfully together.

    I was having problems with my tcl that i had gotten the remote wouldn't work and when i asked for another tv theydidnt hesitate and i got a vizio and eveything is perfect now thank you

    The curbside pickup did not come by for 10 minutes and I headed inside. They could not locate the tv that I was there to pick up for more than 30 minutes. One of the employees stated that due to not being able to find my TV they skipped me a curbside pickup. A notification would have be courteous.

    Great product for the money! Got this to use with my new Xbox Series X and it performs great! My Xbox did confirm that this TV will support 4k video at 120 fps, which is why I got it!

    I own (and still use) an M60-C1 which is the best TV I have ever had. I wanted to support Vizio and upgrade, so I studied quite a bit and got excited about the P65Q9-H1. Out of the box setup was fine. Of course, as soon as I got it setup, it asked for a firmware update. Sure. A couple of days later, my daughter calls saying there is no audio. After some troubleshooting, figured out that if I swap inputs around (go to SmartCast and return to desired HDMI input), I can restore audio, ??? Contact Vizio support, they say do a hard power reset on the system. Appears to resolve issue, but after two days, problem returns. Went online and see others having this issue and expecting a firmware update. Also, in the meantime, have heavy blooming and blotchy blacks while watching Away (with many deep space scenes and white text on screen). Once again, after adjustment, can get a decent picture if I turn off every setting that makes this a "P" series above an M series (local contrast and TrueArray turned OFF). Received firmware update that is supposed to help picture quality, but only did so minimally and NO fix on sound. I am 100% sure I do not have defective hardware because a reboot or button combination will not fix hardware. Vizio, PLEASE fix your software so HDMI audio signals are detected properly. Just let the audio play. Whatever detection you have to enhance or change it DOES NOT WORK. Why is it that I can change input to SmartCast and then return to the desired HDMI (satellite or PS4, doesn't matter) and the sound IS restored???? Please fix the horrible software in this device. I'm glad I got a $200 discount through Best Buy a couple of days after purchase to make this more palatable.

    I like the Vizio watch app but the picture was horrible factory rest three times to find a good picture that never happened. My eight year old Vizio E series has a better picture. Took back ang bought the Samsung Q90 and love it!!

    I’ve had a vizio in the past and I feel like vizio are really good TVs just cheaper. I wanted a really good living room tv and unfortunately was not happy with it. The picture wasn’t good. I had to return it. I wanted to love it, but I just couldn’t live with it. I love the price though.

    I bought it because it advertised hdmi 2.1 which is why it is so expensive as the quality isn’t any better than a 500$ tv. The problem is, the feature doesn’t even work! When I first tried to use the hdmi ports the screen turn pixelated. The ports that work are the normal ports that come with any tv. It isn’t just an issue with mine either as there have been multiple reports. I even reached out to the support and they sent me a replacement and it was fine for a few months but the hdmi 2.1 ports have both stopped working again. Save your money and get a cheaper tv that actually works for what it’s supposed to.

    Great 4k TV. Gaming modes are a plus. Only downside I noticed is the screen flickers when using the Auto Refresh Rate setting.

    This is the second Vizio I have had and had zero issues with the first TV. This one has had nothing but issues with it's arc support and not properly switching inputs. Here it is just over a year later and the firmware didn't fix the problem and my TV is now dead due to their support. I called and was told to hold the power button on the back. Never used it before and when I just tapped it, the button jammed into the TV. Their support is terrible on out of warranty and only 1 year in I have a giant paper weight.

    The beast bout about this tv is the hdmi 2.1 ports. Although the hdmi 3/4 doesn’t work with the ps5 at 4K at all. The image quality of the tv is trash. Doesn’t get screen tones right no matter how much you play with settings
