    Really like the Visio brand and they have another great model. While it could use more apps, more are being added all the time. Easy set-up. Great picture.

    Setup was quick and easy. Had some initial concerns the next day when TV would not go to home screen on start up. Did a system reboot from settings and no problems since. Could allow access to additional apps such as Britbox, etc.

    The tv picture is amazing but there is something strange about the sound ... the background music is way louder than the dialogue in most movies, and tv ... we had to find a fix on the internet but it didn’t seem to save as the default setting ..

    Has trouble connecting to the internet, I know this because I have one that is about 15 in smaller in the bedroom and it has the exact same issues however Vizio is fairly decent about returning on the warranty so long as you have your proof of purchase. Best television does not download digital channels even though it's a smart television and claims to do so I have not found one yet that does. the closed captioning voice over comes on randomly, and you have to go in and turn it off under accessibility. The volume and volume depth ratio for the size of the television is the exact same as one you would find in the 30-in Vizio. If you buy this television I would suggest getting a sound bar and subwoofer at the same time. I do love the bag that the television comes in so be sure and read the instructions on how to properly open it every move the television *before opening the box*. Very innovative, it allows you to carry the television or move the television wherever you want to without having to touch the screen. I kept the bag rather than having to hold on to the box in case you want to move it or decide to relocate. For the money, I guess it's a good deal but you really get what you pay for. The problems that occurred with this television were almost immediate and common with every other Vizio I've ever had. If you start to notice any issues with the television I suggest calling their support team immediately and requesting to speak to a supervisor so that you can start your file because it is a *process* to get your television warrantied out. My experience has been for the price, you can get a 55 inch LG Smart TV that does everything you would expect this television to do and has much better sound system and video quality/resolution. It also has immediate digital downloading channels. if you are unsure what this is I would suggest buying a $20 antenna whenever you purchase your television and set up the channels via antenna channel search and the television should automatically download this via the digital channels, afterwards you can remove the antenna permanently and you still have all of your channels. The LG is precise about this and I love this functionality on this television.

    Great picture. Easy to use. The old tv was 14 years old.. color started fading. This tv fits my stand perfectly as I knew from your detailed description on-line. I love the fact I can read information, reviews, and go to the store and see the display in person. The service in the store is second to none. I shop Rockfolrd, il, and Janesville , Wi. I've always had great service at either store..

    Been loving this TV so far. This replaced my 55'' TCL Roku TV after it died after only 2 years of use. The SmartCast took some getting used to at first because it doesn't offer as many channels / apps as a Roku. If you are able to use the SmartCast feature from a phone or other mobile device it works perfectly fine, just an added step. Overall great TV so far for the value.

    I exchanged the "latest and greatest" Samsung tv for this Vizio. I noticed the dramatic difference immediately after setting it up. The quality is much better. Colors are crystal clear. It has great sound, too. My only complaint is about the OS. The OS lags when using some apps and the only way to fix it is to wait it out or unplug the TV and plug it back in. Other than that, it's perfect!

    This is a very nice television. For our purposes, and for the price, it's a very nice TV. Would definitely buy it again for use in a guest room. Wouldn't be our first choice if we wanted a high-end video experience.

    The picture on this TV is great but the “SmartCast” isn’t too Smart! You cannot download any new apps/channels onto this TV. I regret not having returned this to Best Buy within the 15 day window, after owning for just over 2 weeks the firmware update has caused the TV to give a “SmartCast” Error 1003. Then you have to restart the TV. I thought I was getting a Great Deal for a Name Brand “Vizio” for $450, turns out name brand is nothing but paying more and getting less!!!! Save yourself the headache and get a Roku or Fire Enabled TV!
