I love that Netflix and everything is built into the tv instead of needing a roku or Apple TV box. You can also download the remote app (logs out sometimes) which is nice if you lose your remote. My only complaint is that randomly every 6 months or so the tv will act weird, not have any sound then I unplug it or wait and then it’s fine. That’s happened about Twice but still works great. The only other thing (this could totally be the tv show too) is the sound. On something like Netflix it can be a normal but something else the volume is at 80.

It was at a great price point and I feel that the curved screen really deflects any glair. I bought it over two years ago and done anticipate an upgrade for several years. I do with that the manufacture would sell replacement remotes. Many other companies do but it is hard to find the same quality as the original.

If you want a big screen for not too much money then this tv is great. If you want high quality with deep blacks and colors that pop then I would go with something else

The price was good as well as the store selection. All of the staff were very helpful from helping me with my choice to assisting me in loading it in my car. I will definitely be purchasing from Best Buy in the future and will recommend your store to our friends and family!
