We would watch shows and could hear the music clearly but when characters would talk the voices would always sound as if they would be set to a lower volume. Causing me to turn the tv up and the music would be to loud. Also you can not download additional apps such as Funimation, HBO max and many others that we are subscribed too. Unless you had a fire stick or Roku. But with this day in age being able to download more apps from some sort of App Store should come standard on a SMART tv.
