    Television is great; wished I hadn’t purchased from the Best Buy that I purchased from though. People who took it out to my car were complaining and moaning about how big the television is. Think they are probably working at the wrong store but if that’s how Best Buy wants their employees to be, I’ll shop elsewhere

    I was looking to upgrade to a smart TV. This TV was within my budget and had everything I was looking for. It is easy to navigate from cable to the smart tv features. I am happy with my purchase.

    Love the TV, my only complaint is that sometimes swhen watching movies or TV the dialog is a little low compared to the rest if the sounds. Besides that I use it mainly for gaming on the Xbox Series X and the HDR 4K is amazing. Would definitely recommend this TV over others in this price point and maybe even above.

    Purchased this tv open box, certified excellent condition by Best Buy. Best Buy said it was their store demo tv. I Had the tv mounted over my fireplace that same day. Immediately noticed that the tv constantly crashes and restarts itself every 10-20 minutes, Esp when using the smartcast feature or apps. Sometimes the sound would not work at all either. Called Vizio support team and they were not helpful at all. I later saw a lot of reviews on google where people were having the same issues as I was having regarding this particular Vizio tv. I ended up exchanging the tv for a LG tv. I’ve owned numerous other types of Vizios in the past and have only had issues with this particular type of Vizio tv.
