    I love this TV. the apps work great for my cut the cable life. The only beef is there is no web browser app so if you need to do a live feed directly from a web page you are going to have plug a laptop or device into an HDMI port.

    My overall satisfaction with my Best Buy purchase is great! From ease of ordering to pick up to actual operation of the tv all has been very acceptable and I recommend Best Buy and the product to friends and family alike.

    I purchased this Vizio from Best Buy online. I was able to quickly and safely pick it up curbside and with minimal wait time. I love purchasing from Best Buy because it’s is affordable and convenient.

    For the price the picture and audio quality are decent. The operating system is a trainwreck. Within the 1st month it started crashing in the middle of watching tv. Then it randomly won't start up and we have to unplug it to get it to reboot. Casting from my phone over WIFI (TV is hardlined in) works about half the time. And if you are watching something with commercials you have a 75% chance of crashing on every one. I have had really good luck with my Insignia TVs in the past, this was the 1st time I have strayed and I regret it. I am just going to buy a new 1 and hope I can resell this thing and try not to lose money.

    Nothing but trouble since I bought this .. the remote doesn't work more than half the time and there's not a remote I can add to my phone. Since it's within manufacture warranty, I have to deal with them and when I call they make me restart everything by unplugging and pushing EVERY remote buttons 2-3 times .. It's different every time so when it happens I can't do it myself. Also .. be warned .. limited apps .. you cannot simply add new ones when they come out. SO DISSATISFIED! Would give zero star if able to

      Thank you for your feedback today. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. In regards to adding a remote to your phone, we absolutely do have an app for that. You will want to search for SmartCast Mobile in your app store!     Great picture, but it worked for a couple months, now won't display video when turned on from HDMI link with the Apple TV or the PS4, would return if it was an option, would not recommend buying Vizio anymore, I regret not spending the extra money for a Samsung
