I don't use this for watching movies it is just for inoffice use. Blacks are not good and screen is dim. But for 400 bucks to just connect computers and cast laptops to it works well.

Sounds like an old am transister radio and no audio settings . apps are ok but has no cheap live streaming tv apps like sling .picture is pretty good

Sound doesn’t work properly

Returned it bought a second one and the same exact issues! Sound wouldn’t work when switched from HDMI to smart apps. Had to unplug for 30 seconds to get the sound working again. Controller stopped allowing you to change the level of sound after 2 uses. Returned this one and bought an LG, will not buy Visio again.
