    I have regular problems with this TV. I have called support numerous times to resolve issues with uncontrollable audio (just gets louder no matter what buttons I push). The support helps but only temporarily. I’m also in my second remote control due to a malfunction with the first. Also, the TV takes about 2 minutes to turn on and become usable.

    Love the tv, hdmi arc is perfect for a sound bar, switching between netflix, prime and fios is easy.

    I'm not sure why this TV gets so many good reviews. I suspect anyone praising this TV has never experienced good picture quality. I have owned several Insignia TVs and the picture quality on all of them has been far superior to this one. Turning up the brightness on this one just cranks up the white balance. You can't install any additional apps. For the money you should get an Insignia.

    The TV is nice...only problem is the sound keeps going out on the TV. I have to unplug and plug back to get sound back.

    Don't waste your money. TV lasted 2 years and died. These overstocked bargain tvs sound good,but in the long run you lose.

    Had some issues with the apps erroring showing us we were already at our peak amount after adding a handful of apps to the tv. TV apps arent working currently after having the tv for two months.

    I think is pretty decent, but I have to say I’m very disappointed that a group of latest tv like this doesn’t have Bluetooth connection. Year 2021 and they still want us to use wires for everything.
