    Love it, only thing is the sound keeps going out (no audio) and you have to reset the tv to get the sound back on.

    The apps and streaming channels are easy to access. But the actual picture quality is poor. The picture brightness is not bright at all. This tv should only be watched in a dark theater like atmosphere. If you have any windows or sunlight, forget it. When watching any dark scenes, you miss the entire scene because the tv brightness is not very bright.

    Screen occasionally all green and messed up when I turn it on. Of course this started happening after my return period was up. ABSOLUTELY buy geeksquad protection with this tv.. its got a great picture but I just know it's a matter of time before the screen is stuck like that.

    TV won't turn on

    Frequently, when we turn the TV on, it will power-on but only display a black screen. (You can tell from the hue that it is displaying a black screen which is slightly different than powered off) In this state the TV will not accept any input from the remote: you can't change the input, adjust the volume, change the channel, or do anything at all. The only way to fix it is to unplug the TV. Once it is plugged in again, it will start like normal. I wish we could return it, but the return window is over. Also, it is challenging to change the input to broadcast television. It seems Vizio designed this device to primarily stream content and it takes multiple steps with the remote with your eyes on the TV to change it to television mode.

    I purchased this tv four months ago, And since then It will randomly stop playing anything and you have to turn it off and on for it to open Netflix or Hulu! Very disappointed.

    Extremely disappointed with the overall delivery of the picture quality on this. A cheaper TV we bought at about the same time does better. It started glitching and would jump from the app we were watching and go to the home page when no one was pressing any buttons on the remote. It took the Vizio team weeks to approve a replacement and I’m still waiting on it. I won’t advice anyone to purchase this tat all

      Hello Trdo, this model supports Bluetooth LE, which is a low energy form of bluetooth used to assist in pairing the VIZIO SmartCast Mobile application to use devices like smart phones and tablets as a remote for the TV. This TV is not designed to output audio over Bluetooth. You could purchase a Bluetooth transmitter and connect it to this TV to listen over Bluetooth.     Worst TV I have ever owned. It takes forever to turn on, there is no way to tell that it is powering up, and if you are not sure and press power again, it turns it off and starts the sequence all over again. When you do get it to power on, the menu system often take several minutes to load, and many times will never load. I’ve manually refreshed the tv with no luck, have done a factory reset to no avail. The screen reflects any other light source in your home and looks like you are watching your tv through a mirror. I can go on, but if that wasn’t enough to turn you off of the Visio tv, well then good luck to you.

VIZIO TVs do have an anti-glare coating on the screen to help reduce the amount of glare or reflection that would come from places like direct sunlight through your windows or lamps and lighting in the room. It's recommended to set up TVs in rooms or on walls with as little direct sunlight as possible that comes in through windows. If it is not possible to set up the TV in a way to keep direct sunlight from coming through and on the screen, I would also recommend to use a bright Picture Mode setting as well, such as Vivid or Bright.       Hello Teresa, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
