Dissapointed in the V series. The 65" screen is not bright enough. The color and brightness even on Vivid setting is still not good. Even changed gamma settings. Used 4k certified cables with the roku ultra 2020 model. I could not see dark movie scenes too well in the day timeeven after turning off HDR / Dolby Vision Setting. The sound is ok for a TV. I returned it and stepped up to the M Series. I paid another 220.00 for the M Series and dont regret doing so. Well worth the money for the M series.

The tv looked nice and was easy to mount, but once it was turned on, something looked off with the picture. It did not look clear or crisp, and no matter how I adjusted the settings, I could not get it to improve. It would not look clear on PS4 or Xbox one. I finally had my wife and I compare our Switch on two other TVs to see if it was just me, or the this tv. Turns out it was this tv. I called up Best Buy, they came and took it away and replaced with another tv. I would give their service 5 stars for that, but this tv is not worth it.

This TV is trash. I had a surround sound system connected HDMI and it would randomly adjust or sometimes cut the audio and change the input source on its own. Doesn’t work well with my AppleTV even connected directly to the TV When the AppleTV upscale to Dolby Vision theirs a 3-5 second black screen then no audio anything I play. Not many audio setting in the menu. Returned it after one week.

On startup, the tv will not play audio through HDMI. If I launch a TV App that plays audio and then go back to HDMI, it works. However, HDMI audio never works on startup. I contacted VIZIO and they’ve been no help. Also, it’s a really weird problem, I can’t even rationalize how / why it happens.

Totally Disappointed! I went with the 2020 V-Series 65 inch because I recently purchased an Xbox Series X console. HORRIBLE DECISION! They tell you in the specs that it's next gen ready (HDMI 2.0). No VRR support, No 120 refresh rate support and is basically the same TV as the 2019 V-Series model I purchased. So if you have a next gen console then I strongly advise you not to purchase this TV

DO NOT BUY THIS TV! IT HAS A SOFTWARE FLAW THAT WILL NOT LET YOU CHANGE THE VOLUME WHEN YOU PLEASE. IT HAS A 15 SECOND DELAY FROM THE TIME YOU HIT THE VOLUME BUTTON UNTIL IT RESPONDS. IT IS THE MOST ANNOYING THING EVER!!! Vizio is aware of the issue, but has not fixed it yet. They will however off you a $25 gift card that never shows up!

Hello MsMarvelous1, as televisions continue to have larger screens with thinner profiles and sleeker bezels, there is less room for large speakers. To help get the best audio quality out of your VIZIO televisions speakers, we’ve included settings like DTS Studio Sound to provide the highest performance possible, while maintaining the thin, sleek, bezel-less profile of your television. If you’d like any help adjusting your audio settings feel free to contact VIZIO support at 844-254-8087.  For top of the line audio performance, you may also look into purchasing a VIZIO Sound Bar, there are several models available with wireless subwoofers for enhanced bass, rear speakers for true surround sound, and our new line of Atmos Sound Bars.  VIZIO
