Sounds always off. Very disappointed. I had a Vizio tv that lasted over 10 years but this is not good.

In regards to app availability, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. Color seems off.

Should’ve stuck with Samsung. Will most likely be returning. There is definitely something up with the color on this tv.

Will never buy another vizio ever again

Pointless, requires internet to use even offline

Doesn’t matter if you’re playing Xbox offline, or just using it as an extra HDMI monitor, needs to be connected at all times or will just boot you to a gray screen. Good paperweight though. Plenty of screen bleed around the edges, zero app selection (aside from the usual ones) with no ability to download/buy more. Not worth the money, plain and simple.

Broke after 45 days

While cleaning the screen with a dry sham like recommended the screen cracked in the corner and spread. I've never seen anything like that and own several Visio. As a quality engineer my first thought was warranty but Visio said they wouldn't do anything to help. Clearly this was a defective TV and a random fluke probably caused by poor assembly near the corner frame.

Power button hardly works, will have issues with blinking power light and will not turn on. In the middle of watching a show and it will randomly go to the tv Home Screen, have to re-open app and go back, sometimes multiple times in one episode. try to turn volume up or down and nothing happens for at least 60 seconds.

Not only that, my tv is so delayed. I can hear them talking but no lips moving. Once the lips start moving, no one talking weird. Someone from geek squad is coming to my house 7/7/21. So hopefully this issue will stop and I can give a better review

Typically, a lip sync issue can be narrowed down with troubleshooting. If the lip sync is off while watching content on your favorite apps, that indicates that we would want to troubleshoot network connections. If the lip sync issues only happen on cable or satellite boxes, we will then want to troubleshoot settings on each individual device. For that troubleshooting we will typically start with the TV, moving to any VIZIO audio devices if used, and then finally to the cable or satellite box. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

The resolution is horrible and the picture is weak. I purchased this tv and couldn’t wait to return as soon as possible! The programs lag and it glitches a ton and this was just within the first two days of having it! Don’t buy this tv, no matter how good the deal is! YOU WILL BE DISSATISFIED!!!!!!

“No network detected”

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had not had this TV for 6 months when it started giving me “no network detected” prompts for all apps but Netflix. Clearly network is working fine, as Netflix comes through without a glitch. But I can not download new apps and most of the existing ones, I can not use because they won’t connect. Also, I frequently have to reset the sound settings to keep lips in sync with speech.

Won't buy again
