    Had it for a week. we had problems and had to return it. It was almost as if the 65" was too big to power on and off.

    Brought my tv February 25 just put it up 2 weeks ago and it would not power on two days ago had to re buy a tv

    Liked the price. Easy to set up. I’m disappointed with the picture when using directv. I guess you get what you pay for.

    i don't know if I just got a bad tv or if the other reviews are not legit. I purchased this and returned it the next day. The picture quality was horrible. 4k movies were grainy and dark scenes were DARK. I changed the different options and still no luck.

    Ordered this TV online in July, Geek Squad delivered it in August. TV sat in the box in the place where Geek Squad delivered it inside while we got the room ready where it was to be hung. Had the crew out today to hang the TV, found out once installed and turned on that the screen was cracked. Best Buy's response was to contact the manufacturer. NEVER purchasing anything from them AGAIN!

    TV Wont turn on. screen stays black. Extremely laggy. Connection problems. Loading screens take forever. Restarts. Freezing. Sound latency. Nothing but problems with this TV. I'm assuming I got a dud because there's no way this thing is 4.3 stars if this is normal behavior....

    TV cuts out sound and picture. Upon talking to VIZIO support, they said there is nothing they can do since it still "works" most of the time. Definitely not happy with the product or support given. I will not be buying VIZIO products any longer.

    The picture quality is bad. The colors appear to be extremely dull. The sound is not loud at all. Volume at 100 sounds like 50 in our other TVs. Spend a little more for a better tv.

      Thanks for leaving your review. Regarding not being able to add apps, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. VIZIO

    It’s a fine tv, not truly 4K, but decent enough for size and price and Smartcast is great!

Another good way to see the full capabilities of the TV would be to search for "4K HDR" in the YouTube app. As long as your network connection is able to support speeds needed for 4K HDR content, there are some amazing looking videos.     I hate my TV. It literally lose sound all the time. I use this TV for my living room which no one is ever in but, when we do go in there we have to turn the tv on and off multiple times to get sound. Its been 1 1/2 years and we just took the plastic off the sides. New TV

    Worst tv I’ve ever bought. Tv turns off on its own, lips and voice are never in synch unless you turn the tv off and back on. Voices are very low compared to the music no matter how high you tun up the volume. Remote doesn’t have a talk option. Hate this tv

    I purchased this tv not even a year ago, im having the issue that every time i sit to watch Netflix the subtitles dont go with the voice. I call vizio support, they said that an update will fix the issue, that i have to wait for the upcoming weeks to see if that resolve the issue. Stay away from this Chi..se cr..p

    Did not like the quality of this tv. Also it would cut off on its own while I was watching a show or a game. Not sure what the issue is with this tv but I had it replaced. And lastly, it was not compatible with ATT tv

    I purchased TWO of these TV’s the week before Christmas. The day before delivery I receive a message that says one of the TV’s needed to be updated so only one would be coming the next day Here we are 5 weeks later AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SECOND TV??!!!!! Unbelievably unprofessional and unorganized...
