    Second set in less than two years.

    These are great when they work. You cannot run these unless they are connected to a network. If you run with not internet connection then they just spin. We are on our second set in less than two years. These start to black out in sections of the screen. We had the first replaced in 2017 only 6 months after purchase. Now the replacements are doing the same thing. This is very disappointing for a Visio product.

    My son had trouble hooking up. Tv had a bad mother board. Had to take back for exchange. Thank goodness we got the protection. Daughter bought one too. Hers ok so far

    The tv wasan open box item available when we had to return ourToshiba 65". The picture isn't as crisp as the Toshiba but it doesn't turn off and on randomly.

    I had my Vizio for about 7/8 months. It was great and I loved it. The screen cracked and broke. There was no way to get it repaired or find a replacement screen. With other TV's, screens can be found and the TV can be fixed but not with Vizio. What was a great purchase at the time became the worst decision of my life and the company won't do anything about it. I spent about $1,300.

    My first tv got a red line through the middle of the screen after 3 months. Vizio customer support was decent and within a couple of weeks, provided 'factory certified' replacement. My original warranty was not extended, but I didn't think to ask that at the time. 9months later, the 2nd tv lost the backlighting for the right half of the screen. When I called, I was informed that the tv was no longer under warranty, and they would offer me a discounted replacement ($100 off the current price of the current model) I declined. I will never give more money to vizio

    I can use my phone to change the picture but that should not be removed from the TV options. I cannot get the display I saw at the store.

      Thanks for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you saw in the store. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark. VIZIO

    Was so excited to upgrade to this tv but sadly to say it wasn’t that impressive, I recommend looking into the PLUS models.

    OK TV, horrible BestBuy service

    The TV is ok for its price. However, BestBuy's service disappointed me so much!!! First, the LED screen of the TV was kind of damaged during handling/delivery with a couple of large areas much darker than the rest (especially when TV was showing a white background). This might be due to finger pressure or careless handling during delivery or TV's quality. Second, so I asked for a return. I asked Bestbuy staff very specifically at their store, which i was confirmed that there would not be any fees (like tax or restock) related to return so that i would receive the full refund (product + tax). However, after about 3 weeks, I have not received any refund in my credit card account. Only on Bestbuy's website showed that they refunded me for the product part but NOT tax part. . I called Bestbuy customer service, finally got a chance to talk to one of their representatives after 20 min wait. The representative was very rude, just telling me they can not refund the tax or restock then she put me on hold again without any further explanation till their system automatically hang on my call. A very disappointing experience although I have been buying most of my electronics at BestBuy and felt good till now.

    I was under the impression this was a smart TV with apps installed. When we finally got it home, opened the box and set it up, the TV was not something you could just run off of WiFi. It was cast only - which means your phone is tied up when you are trying to broadcast to your TV from it. Didn't work for my household.

      Thank you for your feedback. As a note when you cast content to a Display you are able to use your phone as normal. The casting turns your phone or tablet into a control device. VIZIO

    The price was agreeeable but unfortunately the picture quality was not what I expected for a 4K display and the audio quality is poor. So purchase the audio bar if you are interested in getting clear audio. It's good enough for now but I'll probably replace them for a tv with superior display qualities within the next year.
