Poor Customer Service and poor quality TV.

Then the TV would not respond to the remote. I contacted Vizio and they had me check for updates and disconnect the power to reset the TV. This provided a temporary fix. Every couple of months I’d have to do the same thing, then it became a weekly occurrence. I contacted Vizio again only to be told that because I didn’t report the problem with in 90 days they closed the case. So I get just out of warranty and have to contact them again about the same existing problem I get no assistance. If we’re a new problem I could understand but I feel like Vizio just patched the issue and put me off long enough to get out of warranty. I’ll find a different brand in the future.
