Upgraded to 70 inch from 55. This Visio is great. Set up was easy. Setting up the picture settings took a little tweaking, but results are stunning. As with most TV’s nowadays there was no users manual, only a quick start page with instructions to download the manual. Luckily, I had already done that prior to delivery. Highly recommended.

This was our Christmas gift to ourselves. I did lots of research and found this TV to be the best price vs size. Picture is good. Need to spend more time adjusting the colors to make it better for the environment it is in than using the presets. Everything else was great except hooking up the soundbar from the prior tv. Couldn't get it to work with this TV.

It’s not very modern looking it Looks very dated and too thick and picture is just decent nothing that’s going to Impress you or give you a wow factor it’s a ok tv the Size is nice but it just wasn’t the TV for me that’s why I returned it I went with the Hisense 65 H9E plus Which is very beautiful and extremely thin also has android operating system had a few software issues but they were simple to fix I love it the picture is amazing

This my first Vizio and I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of the TV itself and the excellent picture. I replaced my 7 year old 55 inch LCD with this 70 inch Vizio and I couldn't be happier. When setting up the TV I found out it was lighter in weight than my old LG. This is the first Smart flat screen TV I've owned and everything works as advertised. We sit 12 to 14 feet away from this awesome sized TV and viewing is perfect at that distance for us. I found out 70 inches is the biggest and optimum size for our living room. The price is right too!

Big screen, great color, terrific features. This product was easy to setup. I found settings for picture on internet, and it really worked great. The remote is easy to use and uncomplicated. I added a Vizio 2.1 soundbar and now it sounds as amazing as it looks. Great purchase.

I'm very happy with this purchase. This is my second Smart Tv and love all the ways you can access streaming channels( I do not have cable). Easy to set up and easy to learn how to use. Has extra features like the VIzio Smartcast that gives you free access to live TV.

Overall not a bad TV but terrible upscaling

I've had this TV for a month, I have tried a full calibration, and I use audioquest 4K HDMI cables. The calibration did make it better however, I was forced to return it. The TV when fed a true 4K signal has a wonderful picture. However when trying to upscale Xfinity 1080p broadcast signals it does a poor job at upscaling it to 4K. If it wasn't for this particular problem I would have kept the TV. I will have to spend a little more for a TV that has a superior upscaling engine. For the price it's a good TV but if your critical on image quality then you'll have to look for a better grade upscaling engine.

Hello Rich, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.

I've always had Vizio TVs and they have been great! This one is no different. It has good clarity, decent color, and a good size. In the rear view, we should have spent a few hundred more to get the Quantum version or a Samsung, but we are happy with this one.

Bought this TV not expecting too much. Was pleasantly surprised. Great picture, easy to use controls, and easy setup.
Would have liked it a little thinner and lighter, but for the money it can't be beat.

I had one of the first smart tvs, a 60 inch Vizio. But we had a very close lightning strike nearby and a surge fried it. So we had to get a replacement and we settled on this 70 inch Vizio. The picture is about as clear as I could imagine out of any available television at any price. I have never seen an 8k tv, so maybe that would be better, but I don't see how anyone could get a better picture than what we are seeing on this tv. The picture is clear and crisp and it looks like the people in the scenes are standing in our living room. It is simply fantastic. We absolutely love it.

I love that I was able to get such a large tv with a crisp clear picture for so little. Definitely worth the money. It does everything I wanted and I am even able to use the apps to watch Netflix now.

Very nice set, read the manual, operation of tv is not intuitive, but very functional once u figure it out. when choosing inputs you cannot delay, if you pause it selects. Had a lot of problems in setup that ended up being an HDMI cable from a blue ray player. Don't skimp on cables. If your looking for a 4K experience seen on $3000+ TV's. your not going to find it. The picture is very, very good for the price. There are a lot settings and customization of the picture available

I'll start by saying this was not the TV I went in to buy. That said, after using certificates, it was a great price point so I opted to give it a whirl.
I like the TV picture and sound quality, but I am most impressed by the ability to get Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, YouTubeTV, just to name 4 of the many many feeds you can get natively on this TV through the apps available.
There may be better pictures out there, but you also pay an inordinate price for most of them. However, I dare you to see the difference without placing them side by side. This TV outperforms its price point, even at full price.
It's a great TV and I can recommend it easily.

Though I’m still messing with screen settings to get more optimal viewing, this TV is fitting in well at my house. Went from a 55” to this 70” model and not looking back. Especially good choice if you’re not looking for all the latest bells and whistles (though most are there).

You get what you pay for. Priced right picture looks decent but volume no good had to add a sound bar. Tv sometimes turns on by itself. Had for 2 years now with no major issues
