Ok tv-glitchy

I wonder how long it will last. Have had about 2 yrs hoping for 5. Seems to freeze most often on the smart cast screen. Sometimes it will not change input or even react to the remote. Sometimes have to unplug and replying to get it working properly. 70” tv for like 700 at the time-I guess it is what it is.

Size aint everything

It says 120 hertz but it really is 60 hertz. The menu interface is horrible. Maybe I just got a bad one of the bad apples?I will not buy this brand again,I'll stick with Hisense instead.

Posted .Hello Crash7, thank you for your feedback. The SmartCast input does have limited applications installed and you cannot add extra apps to the input. We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the TV from any mobile device on your network.

picture poor when sitting at slight angle

When sitting at a slight angle picture and color is very poor. All the colors are very pale almost white. Hard to arrange furniture in room to accommodate the tv picture. Have had to buy a second mount to hopefully help the problem. Didn't have this with my last 55" Vizio. Am not happy. Associate in store said this is common problem with lge Vizios.

Posted .Hello Sooty130, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.
