Since then it either buffers every 3 to 6 minutes, with 900meg wired internet, or power cycles at any given time. I did go through all the settings and make sure that wasnt causing the problems and everything is good. After trying a factory reset it got stuck in a cycle of downloading about 25 percent of the update and then freezing up. Now smartcast and my ps4 are not being recognized at all. I had my last samsung for 8 years with no problems at all.

I got this TV at a deal for Black Friday and I still returned it even though I couldn't get something with as good quality or sound for the price the operating system is terrible.

I Recommend getting Total Tech & installation! totally worth it!
