The last 3 didn’t last as long as our smaller Samsungs. I still have the 32 and 46 inch TVs that are older than our last 3 55-65 TVs. That being said , we decided to switch brands. The Vizio and LG were highly recommended by a couple sales people. My husband went with the Vizio and I should have went with my gut and got the LG. I really tried to like this TV but could never get the color, brightness, and contrast to look right. We had it for 3 weeks and I told my husband I couldn’t deal with this TV anymore. We got the LG that is similar to the Vizio

Sites like CNet, RTings, and Reviewed.com consistently rate VIZIOs picture quality among the best in the industry. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’.
