Sound gets out of sync and there’s no solution

HOWEVER, the sound constantly gets out of sync, then cuts out briefly, then gets all crackly before finally being back in sync for a bit before going through that process all over again. This will happen 3 or 4 times over the course of a movie. It is extremely annoying and makes me regret buying the TV. I have become accustomed to watching things and ignoring the fact that the sound and video are out of sync. Research tells me there’s nothing to be done about the issue. This problem occurs whether I’m using Apple TV, PS4, or the TV’s applications.

I will be taking it back for a replacement.
