    Nothing but problems. Bluetooth headphones only work with YouTube app, HDMI ports stopped working and you see line threw the picture every now and then. It hurts me to say this because I really like Vizio. For the Bluetooth headphones I tried the RCA cables first then had to swap to an optical cable due to RCA ports failing.

    The tv sound doesn't work and your "geek squad " are unprofessional and don't give squad about wat the customer needs. Since the day we got the product we call because no sound comes out and we have been hang up, and put to wait for hours, I will never recommend your company

    Bought it and had it professionally set up. Within a week the sound was down and geek squad had to come out. Recommended I return since the sound board was bad. Returned and got a new one. Sound board out within 3 weeks and the apps kept freezing. Do NOT buy this tv!

    Dark Band On The Top 20% of Screen After 4 Months

    I've had 8 or more Vizio TVs over the past ten years and have always been satisfied. I bought the 70" for our great room four months ago and now have a thick dark stripe across the top 20% of the screen. Disgusted. Four months?

    I absolutely love the picture quality of this tv. The color is amazing, it looks like you can reach out and touch whatever is on the screen. Very rich color. Tv was very easy to set up, took only a few minutes after my cable box stopped acting up. I already had an hdmi cord, so no worries there. Sound quality is excellent. Remote very responsive. I have never been able to set up a tv so quickly. I am really enjoying this tv. Adding Netflix and other accounts was quick and easy as well. I am extremely pleased. Great product Visio!! I highly recommend.

    Connectivity issues: buffers a lot and has low connection (approximately 326kb on a good day) even though router shows it has a strong signal. It's like having dial up just without the annoying sound.

    My biggest fear with the VIZIO - 70" Class M-Series® Quantum LED 4K UHD Smartcast TV is that 70" may be too much of a good thing- too big for my space, do I want/need to see the pores on everyone's face, will the picture be so big that I often see pixelated images, etc.? Turns out it's great!! Aside from needing to arrange for pick-up & set-up help given the sheer size, the set up and installation process was awesome (been my experience with Vizio for years!) As usual, the built-in speakers aren't great, so you'll want a soundbar/sound system for audio. I've used it with Roku, Fire Stick, over-the-air and the included Smartcast OS- all work well, so this TV will fit into whatever system you've chosen to use. Vizio has been my go to brand for the last 14-ish years, so I'm very pleased that my first foray into mega-TV's was a Vizio!!

    The 70" Visio is a great TV. I can't find anything negative to say. It satisfies everything I wanted in a large TV. Super picture quality. Wide viewing angle. Good price. Additionally, the Geek Squad installation was perfect per my instructions. The TV completes my family room renovation and I'm happy.

    The only low about this Television is the Sound. But a real easy fix is a sound bar or Receiver. Picture is I 9.5 when I adjust the Tint to my liking.

    Tv pops and crackles when turning on or off.......sleep timer works half the time....will not allow stereo to come up on screen......my previous tv was also a vizio, only had 3 years and all back lights went out.....moral of this story is I will never buy another vizio
