Horrible Vizio tv

Poor Picture Quality for Everyday Use

Colors are washed out, I cannot achieve a balance in brightness and contrast. Very poor picture. Tech support advised that I should watch videos on YouTube in 4k. That's nice if I want to watch a turtle swimming around, but I'd like to watch something different every now again. Finally customer service said that this TV was too big for me. I will promptly try to return it, but I'm sure that will be a whole other misadventure.

dark and murky picture

Compared with all other TVs i have purchased the picture is like watching in 480p and screen is relatively dark.I thought maybe the first one was just a bad apple but when I set up second one it was just as disappointing

Worst TV we ever owned.

Bought this in December 2020, by January had problems with it. The VIZIO sound bar we bought would not play on the tv. The soundbar worked on other tvs it was tested on. The smart cast would not load, we had to reboot it three times and even do a factory reset. Terrible. We got a LG now and works great.

No Sound From VIZIO After Three Days

Yes, I will get a replacement. However, not happy with the quality from VIZIO. Best Buy as a company was very responsive.

Better options for same or lesser price

We hooked it up and it is on a constant reboot. Turns on and off. I’ve tried every trick in the book, all of the troubleshooting available online, and it won’t quit. I do not recommend this TV to anyone not willing to put up with the headache of having to exchange it one day later.

Tv vizio no good

Volumen problem

I just reset it but the problem continues. I’m not happy with the quality from VIZIO. Best Buy good company, no problem with the return.

I purchased this 70” inch tv for my family thinking it was a major upgrade No not in my case I’m going to return it ASAP.The color quality is poor, and it’s very slow to respond especially when I turn the tv on.

Image cuts out constantly, loses connection to AppleTV and PS4, as well as sound bar. It’s a 20 minute process just to watch a show. And then the sound cuts out throughout. Not worth the money at all

And having a lot of issues with the software. Very slow. Doesn’t turn on quickly. I can go on for days, but overall the experience with this television has been awful.
