    I’ll be in contact with Best Buy. There is a delay with the remote and television. Apps crash in the middle of watching a show. The issue began about 3 weeks after the purchase. I bought it for my husband for Christmas 2020.

    Not the quality that I had with Vizio in the past

    I had to send this TV back via the geek squad. Sound was off, had to turn it to max to get normal volume and picture quality was not 4K. Swapped this for the Samsung version and I couldn’t be happier.

    No Audio - Buyer Beware!

    Worst TV I’ve ever owned. Loses audio every couple of days and Vizio’s tech support solution is to reset the tv. Have reset it at least 8 times in the first month. Do not buy this tv!!

    havent had the tv a month and the screen went black i will never own a vizio again. A brand new 70 inch tv just sitting and best buy only has a 15 day return policy.

    Only had my tv for a year and it went out blue screen and it's nothing they could do about but say it's best to buy another one
