Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This tv is extremely quiet I’m hearing impaired and it is always at full volume for me to be able to hear it at all. Also we were not made aware that the tv does not allow to download apps which is insane since we previously had a Amazon tv which lets you download any apps that are available. The air cast is a poor excuse my tv should be able to download the app and stream from it directly. I do not recommend this tv for anyone.

Don’t buy

Tv goes black and I have to unplug it from the wall to reboot it. Having issues getting it to turn on as well. Again have to unplug it from the wall. Runs so slow. Picture is fine. We use a surround sound so I can’t say how the sound from tv is because we don’t use it. Should of bought something else

Didn’t even make it a year and a half
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would give 0 stars if I could, So I bought this tv on March 15th 2021 About two weeks ago I started noticing vertical color bars on the Vizio smart cast Home Screen, it’s progressively gotten worse over the last few weeks so I figured I would call them and see what they could do, after the general power cycle, check for updates, and monotonous simple troubleshooting steps, I was put on hold for almost 15 min, only to be told sorry it’s out of warranty, well I’m sorry but I have had an insignia for 10 years that still works great, this is barely a year and a half old and already has a picture that’s going out. I will not ever buy another Visio product, and will not be recommending this brand to anyone.

The TV should come of the box and during the setup of the TV, it should be on default settings. You can then change individual settings after setup is complete.
