Great for 28 days, then no video

Ran through all troubleshooting and finally had to go through warranty as we’ve had longer than 15 days before issues arose. Waiting on warranty process re: next steps.

Great price

Like the price but had issues with wifi connectivity and the screen would blank out intermittently. Had concerns it would fail so we returned it. Screen was almost too bright in low light situations but then not bright enough in daylight when the picture was dark. Have had several Vizios over the years and have enjoyed them. I think once you get over 65 inches you need to pay more to get the quality. Overall picture was clean and colors didn't wash but have seen better pictures in the price point. Looks like it has been discontinued so my guess is they are making room for something better.

Beautiful Picture

We were inteeest in a larger TV instead of the one we had had peeviously. I was a bit skeptical of the larger 75 inch and how it would look in the living room, how the graphics etc would look. We decided on this one because the price was right and the salesman did a hell of a good job selling it. We originally wentbto best buy to get a laptop but walked out of the plus one TV. The set up was extremely easy you need two people to set it up i talked my mother into helping. She was very skeptical of the size of it also. Got it connected turned it on to watch a movie. I sat there in complete shock at how the picture was. I felt like i was in a movie theater. This TV is 4K QLED HDR smart TV. The salesman explained exactly what this meant and he was completely right. The price was right, the TV is a perfect addition to our newly remodeled living room!

The colors really pop on this one with the "Quantum Color" compared to our last one which was a 55" and about 4 years old (still worked great though!).

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I had a 75 inch that developed huge smudges on the screen 6 months into owning it. These smudges looked like someone took a charcoal pencil and smudged it across the screen. So I sat with it a little bit until it got worse. Did a warranty claim. They came out, replaced the TV. I kid you not, the guys that came out said they come get Vizio tvs over ANY OTHER BRAND, REGULARLY. So they bring me a new tv, an upgraded model, I'm 5 months in, and this tv is doing worse thing's. The panel wont turn on half the time, its a blank image even though the powers on, theres marks on the screen that aren't smudges but still marks, and it constantly shows the volume as well. Call support again. Their solution? GO BUY A NEW TV. I kid you not. They said go buy a new TV. I told them thats not acceptable, this is their top of the line model, I've had it for 5 months and its hardly usable, my technically third TV from them with issues and even the warranty guys who bring the new tvs said vizios are the worse brand out there. So shame on me, I will never, ever buy a vizio product again, and althought the price may be appetizing, I would suggest you reallllyyyyy do some research before you spend the money on ANY of their tvs. I truly hope this helps because even from a customer support stand point, their solution of buying a new tv, 5 months into owning one, is absolutely INSANE to me. They are not sending it in for warranty, and I am stuck with a tv thay doesnt work half the time.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

If it was better than the rest, the warranty would be longer. Imagine a little over 1 year old and it dies. It happened to me on a P series top of the line.

DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had nothing but trouble with my Vizio TV. This was my first Vizio TV and my last. Ive puchased dozens of TVs over my life and never had so many issues. First the TV shut off ramdomly resulting in a service call to replace the main board. Then lines started running accross screen. Repaired and not fixed. Then a argued for a replacement which was an upgaded model. That TV now has flickering brightness on the lower half of the screen. Vizio support wont take care of it because of original purchase date. Unfortunately the TV was broken or underperforming gor most of that time. Avoid at all costs.

Sound Issues Abound!

It totally ruins the softer moments of anything you are watching and from hours and hours or research, there is nothing that can be done about it. No soundbar, software download patch from Vizio, nothing. It's so frustrating and irritating. I would not buy this or any other Vizio product as a result.
