Okay tv to start off

Don’t recommend if your just buying it for gaming. Aside of all that it does look good but needs to be a bit cheaper.

Great Picture, TERRIBLE day-to-day TV!

With that said, it’s the WORST television I’ve ever owned & I have been purchasing TV’s since the 1980’s. The best feature of this television is that it can be rebooted, so when when it loses audio &/or internet connection you can spend the next few moments wondering why you purchased this terrible product while it does it’s thing. I’ve had to this as many as 5-6 times a day when I’m on an NFL Sunday grind! I purchased this TV in June & it’s now October so I’ve given it ample time to work out its kinks with my internet connection, etc. The TV DOES NOT perform at the level of my 55’ Q6LED Samsung TV that I had previously purchased from Best Buy. My #1 complaint has to do with the fact that VIZIO itself does not contract an ISP (Internet Service Provider), so you cannot search the World Wide Web or use the internet freely. You’re beholden to the apps that are pre-programmed into the TV! Samsung & others do & you can view any website on your TV. For me, this the first & LAST VIZIO product I’ll ever purchase. Tremendous Disappointment!

Posted .Hello Myerz, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. It is better than most tv's at twice the price.

It took some time figuring out how to optimize the TV to the perfect settings for My Xbox and PlayStation, but it was worth it in the end. Amazing TV!

Great TV

I live on Washington coast and had a prior issue with Quantum X, but this machine has been exceptional especially when set to Vivid mode which makes you feel you are seeing a real event.

Nice big viewing surface, looks great mounted on the wall. It's amazing the color that comes out of it, and combined with the PS5 makes for an excellent gaming tv. Highly recommend!

Do not buy for streaming app use

Several apps lose clarity often resulting in pixelated images. I have several TVs of various brands, this Vizio is unwatchable compared to the others. If you need a TV for streaming, this is not it. The issue is not my network or WAP location or anything else unrelated to this TV. All things being equal, this TV can't not match up against my Sony, Samsung or even TCL models. My Vizio was purchased Sept 2020 and it is now trash I hate it that much. The picture modes are also terrible. The reds are cartoonish in bright mode, dark mode is too dark and sports mode is too gray. The volume is all over the play depending on the app in use (Netflix, Hulu, Apple+, FuboTV, HBO Max, Showtime Anytime). Mine is hot garbage.

Great TV for NextGen Consoles

Do not buy this Vizio TV

I never do any review, but this TV took it. Vizio is very good at exchanging the TV as many times as you might need it however when the model is not good they won’t give you your money back. Until it's no longer this issue which is after a year. Again DO NOT BUY THIS TV. Issues are with the inputs, remote control connection, and several glitches that TV comes which are petty annoying. If everything works, it would be a great TV, but only if it worked.

Auto game is horrible

However the auto game mode glitches out alot causing black screens and tear affects. Leaving 2 stars cause the quality outside of games is good. But for gaming i regret it.
